I started my search for a Tundra I contacted DCH Toyota of Oxnard when I called in I asked to speak to a Manager . I spoke with Oscar about what I was looking for he said he has the Exact truck coming in a few days. He said he would have one of his sales consultant call me when the truck gets in. Jose Torras called me the day it arrived and I went down and within 30 minutes I was driving home in my new truck . They gave me a great deal on the truck had all the paperwork ready just like they said . I highly recommend DCH Toyota of Oxnard to anyone looking for a new Toyota.

Sales oriented, no customer oriented at all
I bought a car 3 months ago and I had to come back twice, second time 1000$ repair. Awful. They dont care about customers. Bad service

Room for Improvement ....
Went to this Toyota dealership as I had heard good things about them as a whole. I was serious and looking to buy within a week. While I was there the guy that was helping me was nice, but not knowledgeable about the two Toyota’s I was looking at, and told me I could look online for answers to my questions. The right car did not end up being there and when I asked him if he could let me know if they got more inventory in he told me I can look online for new inventory. There was absolutely no follow up and I left feeling like I wasn’t taken seriously. Needless to say I ended up buying at another dealer a few days later. Not a terrible experience but would not be motivated to go back.

Fantastic Service with Art Garcia
Took my Camry in for service last minute and Art Garcia took great care of me as always. He always welcomes me with an upbeat attitude, has my car ready in a timely manner and makes sure to have shuttle service take me home and back without it being a hassle. I would recommend Art Garcia, he has been my service advisor for the past 4 years.

Toyota Tacoma
I walked in and 25 minutes later I walked out without a truck! I had a check in hand and they turned me away without even negotiating! The next day I went to Ventura Toyota and bought a truck. The salesman was rude and because of that I’ll never shop there again.

Can't reach anyone at the dealership!!!
Can't reach anyone to schedule service or to get questions answered regarding warranty. Called the Finance department several times, no answer but was able to leave two messages. Yet days later, not even one returned call. Emailed twice with no response. Meanwhile, this dealership sold us a car, finding out later that all four tires were too small and definitely not for that car, which eventually forced us to have to replace all tires at our own expense. All of these issues seemed to have now compounded making me realize that the dealership is only trying to make the next sale, and not interested in taking care of existing or prior customers. Perhaps I am taking this all out of proportion, but how would anyone else feel if they can't seem to get anyone on the phone or anyone to call back, not to mention the other issues that we are having with the vehicle.

Stoping buying a car from here!
Avoid to buy any car from this dealer, they kept changing the stories and prices. The sale manager, DREW, was very rude. He tried to get the most of money out of your pocket. Unfortunately, their cars sit on the market so long...The owner of this dealer should understand how to hire the Sale Manager to run this business. Be careful and stay away from this dealer!

Over the phone, very disrespectful
I just got off the phone with a person named Drew. He said be sure and spell his name right. I told him that I wasn’t happy with the $1400 increase from last time when I talk to him. I think he called to harass me and let me know that it was $1400 more then when I spoke to their dealership last. Even at that point it was still $3,318 overpriced according to CarGurus. When I ask why are you calling me he said to let you know if still available and did I want to go forward. I told him I need to write a review on this and that’s when he said make sure you spell my name correctly DREW. It is so sad when I see a dealership act like this. I was passed on by a gentleman named Christian.

Used car
Went to look at a used car. They kept changing their story and price while I was there. I felt like they were soooo dishonest... The people their just want to get as much out of you. This isn’t how a business should be run. They really wasted my time.
