It was late afternoon and they were wrapping up to close but they decided to help me.

On March 11, 2016 I visited DCH Toyota of Oxnard after receiving a very competitive online quote from Christian Ayala on a Toyota Highlander Limited Edition. I was met in the outside area by salesman Anthony Tello who agreed to show me the vehicle Mr. Ayala had mentioned. When entering the showroom I noticed a Highlander on the floor which was a very rare red color that other dealerships did not have. Though this vehicle was not the exact one I was looking for, I decided that it was the vehicle for me. Mr. Tello did an excellent job of representing my offer on the vehicle and expedited the buying process by answering all of my questions about the model that caught my eye. Mr Tello also answered all questions that I had about this vehicle. My experience with Deborah in the Finance Department was also very expertly and pleasantly completed in a reasonable amount of time. As in the previous two visits to this dealership where I purchased two Avalons (2000 and 2008), my purchase experience at DCH was not drawn out and resulted in my complete satisfaction with the process. I highly recommend this dealership to prospective buyers.

We've been having our vehicle serviced at DCH Toyota for over 13 years and I can say this is the best Toyota dealership to service a vehicle. All work is excellent and the customer is exceptionally taken care of. My recent experience required me to have my vehicle towed to another Toyota dealership due to location of the breakdown. When informed of the work needed,i was worried. I called Bob Cobos who said anyway you can get the vehicle here - WE will take care of you. I did just that and he exceeded all expectations - my vehicle was fixed and I know they stand behind their workmanship - If ever you need a repair on your car, do not hesitate to go to DCH Toyota of Oxnard. The BEST!

I had the shuttle take me home because I didn't want to wait there 11/2 hours. Had I known that they would be done with my car in 1 hour, I would have waited. The agent told me my tires were a little low and that if I drove my car every day, that would help the tires to keep their air. That's all!!

Jasmin Lawson does a great job of keeping the customer informed of the progress of the service being done. She came o me to let me know that it was time for the brake fluid to be changed and how the rest was going. She has a very good personality for doing the service department honorable. She's waited on me in the past and I hope I'll have her caring for me in the future. DCH does a very good job of keeping my car in great condition. She recognizes my car and takes very good care of me and sees that my car is well taken care of. Thanks to DCH, the best service I've had from a dealer in about 60 years. One can not ask for a better service department.

The Service Tech Byran Amelio was pleasant and courteous, he explained what was to be done, and answered all my questions. I consider him an excellant tech and would recommend him to anyone.
