Quick Service - Great Customer Care

I am so very pleased with the service at DCH Honda. They were courteous, up-front and quick to get the job done. The kids quiet room with a television and sensory activities was awesome!

Prompt service, polite service people.

Brought my car in because driver's window would not raise...Everything was fixed to my satisfaction. Hard to tell the same day if everything is going to work ok. The "threshhold" into the car was left with scratches, dirt and grease ground in. Evidently the mechanic had to brace himself on the plastic part in order to work on the window. Not faulting DCH Honda as I've always had good prompt service. A minor annoyance as I've tried my best to keep the car in good condition. I leased the car in 2007, then bought it when the lease expired. I am very satisfied with the car and DCH service. I think it would be nice if DCH would take me home when having the car serviced, but will not do so to Santa Paula.

Nancy, Thank you for your honest review. I apologize if there was dirt and grease left in your car after fixing the window. I can assure that this is not the norm and usually our mechanics leave no residue and do their best to leave as little signs as possible of work being done. GREAT EXPERIENCE AT DCH HONDA OF OXNARD

I just leased a new civic lx and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Deanna Luis was great--thoroughly professional, helpful and just a very nice person. In fact the whole team there was nice. And no hard sell tactics. A really good experience.

Great Service!

My family and I were shopping for a car we had in mind....our credit isn't great so we had few hopes of getting it but thought we'd try anyway. Ron at DCH Honda of Oxnard approached us right away, offering help and hope about our possibilities! He was able to get us approved for the vehicle that we wanted and did so with realistic expectations...DCH even called us back in a few days after the sale because they were able to get us a much lower interest rate, term, and payment!!! Overall we had a great experience and couldn't be happier with our purchase at this time!

I bought my brand new car over a year ago

I purchased my car over a year ago, but still go in for all of my regularly scheduled maintenance and every single time I have the best customer service. Martin Esparza has assisted me the past two times and has been wonderful with everything in the service department. Always happy when I come in for maintenance because of the helpful staff and the quality of the service. Also they just remodeled the inside waiting room and it is gorgeous. Great job everyone!

It was great

The services that I requested to be performed, were done great and in great time. Martin contacted me to explain what needed to be done. Also Juan Carlos does an awesome job as a tech. I asked Martin to have Juan Carlos to work on my car. The receptionist is awesome. She greeted me with a smile. Also, the parts department is ready to help.

New Ridgeline For My Hubby

This was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Keith Franklin was the best. After being ignored for about 6 weeks by Miller Honda, we called DCH Honda and were helped immediately. Fast, courteous, professional and we were totally satisfied with our purchase.
