Great Deal
I walked into DCH Honda not intending to buy a car, just to get an idea of the price and to test drive a couple of models. After working with John Keasing, however, I walked - or should I say drove - away with a 2013, sleek, sporty, black Honda Civic with all of the features I was looking for and a few more to boot and I got a smokin' deal! It takes time to buy a car, but it was time well spent and the sales staff and finance manager were friendly, professional, polite and, as the ads say, helpful. I highly recommend DCH Honda for a great car and a great deal.

Great Service
It was my first time coming to DCH Honda of Oxnard and I must say that it was a great experience for me. Javier thoroughly helped us out in finding the right car for me. He answered all of our questions and provided us with a great customer service. I'm loving my new Honda civic and I will definitely recommend this place to a colleague for purchasing new or certified pre-owned cars.

Professional Care
We've purchased four vehicles from Honda of Oxnard. All of our vehicles (2 CR-Vs and 2 Odysseys) have been serviced by Honda of Oxnard. They are very professional in their work and dealings with their customers. We will not have our vehicles serviced any where else.

Poor internet service
They listed a Honda FIT EV as "in stock" on Cars.com. This car is very in-demand and hard to find. I made inquiry...no response. Called several times, no call-back. I finally went to the dealer and was told that it had been sold many days before

Terrible, the worst
Their service/parts department is the WORST. I took my Honda Civic to have a mirror replaced. Mr. Clint Stremcha assured me that the was going to be in the next day at 8:00 am. Actually he said "it is guaranteed to be here tomorrow." The next day I called him to confirm that the part had arrived, and to my surprised, or not, the part wasn't there. Mr. Stremcha told me "I guess the parts department never order it... I don't know what to tell you... I guess they couldn't locate it..." It turns out that the part was never ordered. I asked Mr. Stremcha if he could order it for me, and to give me an estimate as to when it would arrive; his answer was that he was getting off work that evening and going on vacation for more than one week; basically that he wasn't WILLING to help me, nor could he find another customer representative to do it because as he put it, everyone was 'very busy with other customers." I said "thank you, I'll go somewhere else". I went to a local body shop (not a HONDA dealership) where my car is getting fixed. The part only took one day to get the part. AVOID THIS PLACE. There is absolutely no such thing as "Great customer treatment".

Terrible Internet Service
I found a vehicle I was interested in on their website, chatted with a rep. and they said someone would contact me. When I was contacted, I gave them all the info. on what I was looking for, and ever since then, I've been getting emails about every car under the sun EXCEPT the vehicle I want. TERRIBLE follow up service, TERRIBLE customer service, and nobody has personally emailed me since the first contact after the chat. If I *do* fins my car there now, I don't even know that I would go there to buy it, just out of spite or principle alone. On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, I give them a -5.

Great Customer Service
I saw what I wanted on the internet and filled out the form. I was contacted the next day and they have been in constant touch with me trying to find what I'm looking for. Very nice people, excellent customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone to assist them in finding what they need.
