Since my original posting The Gm has touched base with me in an amicable way and addressed my concerns and offered a reasonable resolution to rectify the situation and make restitution. He assurred me that he is looking into revising the current protocol to streamline the issue and to take steps to make a better service situation in the future.

CONSUMER BEWARE!!
while my car was in for routine oil change and tire rotation it had 22 miles put on it! Nobody seemed to be able to tell me where the 22 miles on my odometer came from. The obvious is that between the time the technitian was done with my car the car was taken off the lot, driven 22 miles for somebody's use all wihtout my knowledge or consent while I was waiting in the customer lounge area. ! I am still trying to find out what they intend to do about this!!

Best buying experience
Thank you Ronald Anthony for all you help in getting my new Honda. You and the staff at DCH Honda made this buying experience the best I ever had. I've been shopping for a new car since Sept. 2012 and was thinking of another make, but Mr. Anthony put me in the BEST car at the BEST financing. My wife totally loves her new Honda, and as we know, a happy honey makes for a happy hubby! My wife and I have already recommended Mr. Anthony and DCH Honda to three of our friends who are in need of a new vehicle.

Great people!
I was going to purchase a vehicle from another dealer. I went to DCH Honda to take one more look at the Accord. They sold me a new 2013 Accord [a better vehicle than what I was going to purchase] at better financing. The whole experience was pleasant from the sales representative to the finance manager. No haggling or pressure. Everything was explained clearly with no hype. My wife who HATES car shopping was pleasantly surprized and very happy with our purchase.

2010 Honda Accord Sport - Purchase
I arrived and met with Evelyn; she was professional, friendly and greeted us with a smile. Before we began dealing she offered my wife and I refreshments--very nice. Although it took an hour or two for the negations (trade-in, accessories, etc), we finally came to an acceptable deal for both. Since the vehicle was not ready to take delivery (due to a dealer trade), DCH Honda offered me a rental to drive home (I live two hrs north). The finance department (Anthony) was very expeditious and we were on our way home in no time. If you?re in the area or don't mind the drive I highly recommend DCH Honda.

All-around Awesome!!
After lots of research and experience with dealerships over the past few months, I stumbled upon a car at the DCH Honda of Oxnard. The employees here were the most friendly and accommodating people I have encountered in terms of dealers. The previous dealers made me feel guilty and tried pressuring me to buy cars that were not exactly what I wanted, but DCH Honda of Oxnard worked with me to get the prices I wanted for the EXACT car I wanted. They are an awesome group of people and I would highly reccommend their service to anyone who is looking to find a new or pre-owned car!!

Couldn't fix my Honda fit.
Couldn't fix my 2008 Fit. Left it for several days, payed hundreds. It still stalls when cold. I've just learned to deal with it. Let it warm up for 5-8 minutes it never stalls. Not going to continue paying for fixes that their guessing at. Sad a Honda Dealer can't fix their own cars.

Great Customer Service!
I am a consultant for business trying to improve their customer satisfaction. Rob Lambert took my emails regarding a car I'd seen on their web and worked with me over the phone (I'm in Santa Barbara) to get a super price, to insure my local Toyota (yes, Toyota...I bought one at the Honda store!) dealer would honor my warranty. He answered my millions of questions with concern for my benefit and never pushed me into purchasing a vehicle...just made it easier than if I was working with a dealer down the street! A veteran car salesman on many types of car lots, he is new to this lot and you should look him up! DCH is short for Dedicated to Customer Happiness....I'LL SAY! slien

Buying a car is nearly always a hassle. For a positive, stress-free experience, I suggest Rob Lambert. His low-key and friendly style made this a positive experience. I was treated respectfully, fairly, and there was no pressure, only courtesy. Would purchase a car from him again.
