I recentely bought a F150 from Jim and the gang. If your in the market for a quality used vechicle, you need to go and see the great slection he has to offer. I was in the market for as truck for about a year and a half. Hitting all the big dealerships around town, getting poor service and pushed into a vechicle i didn't want. I stopped on a Saturday afternoon to look at the truck I purchase and was greeted by Geoff the head sales rep. What a great guy to deal with! He didn't come out on the lot just to sell a truck. Knowing I didn't have great credit Jim and Geoff did everything a big dealership wouldn't do to get me into that F150. I would never believe that there are people out there that still care about the people! But that is what you'll get when dealing with Jim O'Connors Select Auto. What a GREAT bunch of people! I could never thank them enough.

In general. I despise doing business with car dealerships and prefer to take my chances and buy vehicles from private owners. I didn't want to deal with selling my old car this time so I begrudgingly decided to visit a few local car dealers and see what I could find and "do the dance". I stopped by Jim O'Connor's to take a quick look and saw a car that I liked but continued onto a few more dealers. At the other dealers, I found similar cars but higher miles and $ '000's more!! I returned to Jim O'Connor's and took a test drive. Not being one to like car dealers in general, I was pleasantly surprised by the curteous and friendly service that I received from Jim and his staff!! It was literally a family affair as I was introduced to Jim's daughter, son-in-law, and grand son who were in the show room visiting!! I was pleasantly surprised by my overall experience at Jim O'Connor's Select Auto, LLC. I would highly recommend giving them a visit the next time you are looking for a car!! I'm very pleased with my overall experience. I purchased a car and received an extremely fair trade value for my old car and didn't have to deal with the hassle of having to sell it. No pressure auto sales. Everyone is so friendly. Lots of nice touches. They went above & beyond to accommodate our needs and get the car just the way we wanted it. You won't find a nicer bunch of people to deal with. All the reviews seem to say the same thing, because its TRUE!

Buying a car from Jim O'Connor Select Auto was hands down the best experience either of us have ever had! Jim, Laura, and Geoff were so welcoming, informative, and exhibited zero pressure. It was just like talking to a friend; so easy and comfortable. We got an incredible deal on both our trade in and on our new vehicle. No other dealership could provide us with a deal like this one! It was well worth the drive in from Milwaukee. Their selection of newly used vehicles was quite remarkable. Though we purchased a Toyota Highlander from their current inventory, we learned from some friends that bought a vehicle from Jim, that if they hadn't had what we were looking for, they are very good at finding exactly what you need. I recently purchased a Corvette at Jim O'Connor's dealership. It was to be a Christmas present to me and my wife Heidi. I purchased the car without her knowing and wanted to surprise her. Jim and his staff went out of their way decorating the car with a ribbon and Santa holding a Merry Christmas Heidi welcome. When Heidi entered the showroom, saw the car and her name on the greeting, she broke down in tears of joy. Jim and his staff shared the excitement with Heidi and took pictures of us celebrating the moment. Heidi and I felt like we were part of their family, especially when Jim offered to keep the car safely protected in his showroom until the weather cleared up and the roads dried up a bit. We recently purchased our second vehicle from Jim O'Conner. Jim made our first car-purchasing experience so easy that when it came time to purchase another vehicle, we knew he was the guy to go with. We told Jim and Laura the type of vehicle we were looking for, our price range, and any vehicle "perks" we would enjoy, also. Within days, Jim and Laura had found a vehicle that exceeded our expectations! The buying process was personable, hassle-free, and quick!

Buying cars is typically an unnerving experience. We don't mind paying a fair price, we just don't like forced pressure or or finding out later we paid too much. Jim and Laura were pleasant to work with. They pulled up every Internet report on the car we were buying plus the one we were trading. We had done our own search before we went to Select Auto. Throw in the Carfax report and we were able to make an informed decision. In the end, the value we received exceeds all the research we had prepared before hand. We have bought a number of cars from Jim over the years. We are very impressed with his new dealership in Oconomowoc. We couldn't be more satisfied.

A week ago, I totaled my car by hitting a deer. I had bought from Jim before, and was so excited that he was now in Oconomowoc. I had gone online and saw a few I wanted to test drive...one was already sold, but I completely fell in love with the Kia! Service was amazing...what a wonderful car-buying experience after a fairly traumatic experience (and a headache from the insurance company)! Thank you!!

Wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car. We dealt with Laura for most of the dealing, but actually had to talk to everyone at one time, and not once did I feel like someone didn't know us. We have had to buy many cars and I can honestly say I have never felt so comfortably. We never felt pushed, or rushed to make a decision, and they constantly asked questions so they knew exactly what we were looking for. This was my first time buying a car, I had went to a different dealership and had a terrible experience so I was a little hesitant to go again. But I had such a good experience with this dealership! I found a couple of cars online that I liked and just wanted to go test drive some of them. The prices were very fair and they were all kept clean and the pictures online were very accurate to the actual cars. So after a long process of waiting for loan information and such, I finally got the car and I'm so happy about it. I got a black Volkswagen Jetta 2012 and it had great mileage and very clean. I would definitely recommend someone to go there. They were so nice and worked really hard to get me a loan and the best interest rate even though it was my first loan :) Thanks Laura, Jim, and Jeff!
