From the minute I walked into the door, it was like being greeted by a family member. Everyone was gracious and willing to assist in any way. From the beginning of the buying process to the signing of the papers, they were there explaining everything in detail. When the papers were signed, I did not have any questions. I was invited to the Grand opening get together, which was very nice. I stopped in about a month later, and I was not forgotten. I was given a free detailing which was the first time I have ever seen that. You cannot go wrong in buying a new or used car from Jim OConnor. The best ever.

This was a great buying experience....I love the family atmosphere and no pressure approach. Jim, Geoff and Laura are very personable and treated us like they've known us a long time. I felt like there was mutual trust through the whole process. We were impressed with the Suburban (so clean) and have not been disappointed logging two long trips with it. It still seems like a new vehicle to us...we will have it a long time! I have told many friends about our purchase and would continue to recommend Jim O'Conner....for us, it was definitely worth the 80 minute drive!

On July 15, 2013 I purchased a 2007 Subaru Impreza AWD sedan and have been extremely pleased with this car!!! Sales manager Geoff Wold, Jim and Laura O'Connor made me feel like their most important customer before, during and after the sale. I would also like to mention the excellent cleaning and detailing done by their preparation specialist Paul. The "Subie" was received in immaculate condition. Everyone was very low pressure and helpful. A few minor items on the "Subie" initially needed addressing and they were handled above and beyond my expectations. In fact, Jim went out of his way to assure that I had a loaner vehicle while the "Subie" items being addressed. The entire buying experience was hassle free and handled with the utmost integrity! : )

My need was to get a car for my son. At Jim O'Conner Select Auto I did find a vehicle that met our immediate requirements. But after purchasing, I kept it and gave my son my car. Thought the Ford Explorer would serve my needs more than his which was a funny twist of events. I went to look for a used vehicle in town and a friend told me about Jim Oconnor's select auto. When I got there was greeted with a warm smile from Laura Oconnor, she was so wonderful to work with. I dont think I ever got better service at a car dealership as I did with Laura and her father Jim. Both of them so personable and friendly. On June 7, 2013, my wife sent me an email at work with the heading, "I found your truck!" and a link to Jim O'Connor Select Auto. Well, we both got home from work that day and decided to take the short drive from Delafield to take a look, arriving around 6:15 pm. The lights were off in the office, so we went straight to the beautiful Ford F-150 on the lot. As it turned out, Jim was inside and let us look for a while, then came out to talk. And we looked, and we talked, and looked some more way past closing time, and ended up taking the truck home for the evening. When we came back the next morning, the whole staff was there to greet us and be friendly and helpful. The result was a good deal on a great truck and an overall very pleasant experience.
