On June 7, 2013, my wife sent me an email at work with the heading, "I found your truck!" and a link to Jim O'Connor Select Auto. Well, we both got home from work that day and decided to take the short drive from Delafield to take a look, arriving around 6:15 pm. The lights were off in the office, so we went straight to the beautiful Ford F-150 on the lot. As it turned out, Jim was inside and let us look for a while, then came out to talk. And we looked, and talked, and looked some more way past closing time, and ended up taking the truck home for the evening. When we came back the next morning, the whole staff was there to greet us and be friendly and helpful. The result was a good deal on a great truck and an overall very pleasant experience. I would hightly recommend Jim O'Connor Select Auto to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

I recently visited here and was amazed by the service I received here. I first met Jim and loved the personal service and attention received. I had several members of my family test drive the vehicle I selected and the staff was very accommodating and patient. This was my first car purchased and as I visited several car lots in the area this was the only one I felt like I was treated like a valued customer. I loved the small family atmosphere. The focus was moved from making the sale to finding the right car for me. I would definitely return here in the future.

On May 10, 2013 my fiance and I came to a Oconomowoc, WI car dealership to possibly purchase a Chevy Suburban we saw on a website. Although the truck we originally came to see was very plain, we decided to take delivery on it. We wrote up the deal and headed to Chase to get the cashier's check for the down payment. After getting the cashier's check and heading back to the dealership my fiance spotted a LOADED SUBURBAN LTZ sitting on Jom O'Connor's lot. Needless to say we looked at one another and he turned around:) We were immediately greeted and the truck was shown to us~~IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! Jim O'Connor, Geoff Wold and the rest of the staff are GREAT!!!!! Needless to say, we had to head back to Chase and change the name on that cashier's check because we were not leaving Oconomowoc without that truck. I have never met on a more "hands on owner" than Jim O'Connor!!! He personally worked with us and got us the best financing available. Whenever I am in the market again for a decently priced used vehicle, I will be heading back to Jim O'Connor Select Auto LLC!!!

We found a van we were interested in online, it was located at Jim O'Connor Select Auto. They were pleasant to work with, and after fielding our email/phone questions about the used van, they were confident in it's quality and that we would be happy with it--and even offered us gas money if we drove all the way there and decided not to buy it! Good price on a high quality vehicle. Geoff, Laura and Jim were very personable--our transaction felt more like finding help from loyal friends; no pressure or gimmicks. They bought us lunch before our long trip back home with our new van. Of all the vehicles we have purchased, we have never trusted or felt so well taken care of that we'd want to return to the same place--but at Jim O'Connor Select Auto, it was such a great experience we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. We were so impressed, we will have them find our next vehicle, and we'll make a family trip out of going to get it.

Saw a car on the lot, stopped in to talk about it, bought it a couple of days later. Worked with Geoff and had great experience. None of the typical high pressure or irritating sales pitch I have had at other dealerships. The car was in top condition and has been a great purchase. I am already working on another purchase from Geoff.

We've always had a hard time buying a car due to our okay credit. So I went thru my credit union before going anywhere. Surprisingly I was approved! After months of research and searching for the perfect family car, my husband and I came across Select Auto. Their customer service was phenomenal! Their office was clean and comfortable. Jim's a great man! Laura was a total sweetheart! And Geoff was awesome! We told them exactly how we wanted it done and they did just that! We brought our first nice car home last week!
