Great service
I was there for a recall and an oil change. My service writer told me it would be about two hours, and it was exactly that. I was very pleased that he was able to keep that time frame. My last three visits have been great.

Great customer service!
Our salesman, Ken Panke was great. Ourisman didn't have the vehicle with the options (or color) we wanted on the lot, but Ken was able to locate exactly what we wanted and brought in for us. Great customer service!

Great service and donein a timely manner
The preparation for service by Roland (Marlow Hgts) is very friendly and he takes care of his customers, answering every question and concerns. My oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner by the techs, I was really please!

Generally good service
I apologize for not remembering the gentleman's name who primarily helped me. He has taken good care of me, whenever he was my point of contact. All was well, until the end. My car was ready and in the service lane. I paid for the service. I was told that another gentleman would bring me the keys and remove the servicing plastic and paper mats out of my car. I saw him on his cell phone walking around and talking for 10-15 minutes. Finally, he gave me my keys and I had to remove the servicing items myself.

My new SUV
My experience at Ourisman was great! I was helped in seconds as I walk thru the doors. Ms. Theresa in sales did a wonderful job with assisting me with my trade. Oh and im still enjoying my new 2014 equinox. Loving it! I will always recommend anyone to shop at marlow height ourisman.

Great Service
Upon arriving on the lot, I was instantly greeted by a salesman who took me to see the person I asked for. I was offered a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in. Upon completing the test drive, we began the negotiation process. This was simple and too the point. There was only one thing that concerns me about the entire process. Even though I informed the salesman and finance person that I would be paying and not financing through Ourisman, my credit was still pulled. This created a hard inquiry on my credit report. Other than this, I was satisfied with the process and the vehicle I purchased.
