Outstanding Service from Start to Purchased

My experience was quick and easy. I normally dread going to dealership because it's almost like being forced or pressured to buy. I didn't get that feeling with my sell's person.

Improved Service Check in procedures

I like the fact that I am able to schedule a service appt online. They are getting better at moving cars who have been checked in for service back into the service area to allow for the lines to check in not to be so long.

Great service and excellent sales teamwork.

I had to buy my last suv from Koons

I did not choose Ourisman because I refer two customer's to Mr Duckworth and they both end up buying a car, and I never receive my refer money. Every time when up there to ask for refer money they give me a different story so when to VA.
