The service experience was great. From the service manager throughout the entire process of me driving away in my car. I would recommend my friends to have their cars serviced there.

I went to Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights to get a

I went to Ourisman Chevrolet in Marlow Heights to get a key code for my 2012 Chevy Sonic after losing both keys. According to the information on their website, I only needed to prove ownership, which I did by bringing my bill of sale, title, and other documents proving ownership. Despite having everything required, the parts manager (not Dan) refused to help me. Frustrated, I drove to Virginia the same day, asked the parts specialist there the exact same thing, and was given my key code without a problem. In the end, I’d rather drive 30 miles or more to another Chevy dealership than return to Ourisman Chevrolet. Terrible service.

Great service with Shawn and makes you feel welcome. Oil change was done they resest my car did tire rotation and I didn't wait long.

My visit was very satisfied. All of my service needs were addressed and explain to me by Mr. Lee Tensley. The communication was five star by his service and the price was explained to me very well. The service manager was very helpful; however, my issue

The service manager was very helpful; however, my issue was not resolved. I spent $600 have 2 of my TPMS sensors replaced and I'm still having a problem. I've been a customer at Ourisman since 2005, I think it's time to find a new place to have my truck serviced.

I was not informed of the year of the vehicle. I came there to purchase a 2024 but left with a 2023 model. Albeit a new vehicle. I got lost in the moment of purchasing a new car. I think it was mostly my fault but not paying attention. My salesperson was very helpful; he represented the company well.
