Straight off, the sales associates at Auto By Design lack couth. Somehow my concerns about their honesty makes me the bad guy. One associate told me a story about engine work, then another told me a different story about the same vehicle. Later I received an email from their General Manager (Louie) offering a third story, and the email included comments about me insulting them. As if. I'm the customer, but at Auto By Design, I was not going to be "right". I wanted proof of claimed engine work. I wanted proof of my conditional financing. Both proved far to difficult. Somehow they still wanted the sale after attempting to justify their actions, inactions and overall rudeness. I'm not the only one offering low ratings for Auto By Design.

So willing to help me find what I was looking for and help me as a first time buyer. Super helpful and made sure I was in a reliable car and within my means. Would definitely buy a car there in the future again and recommend this place to anyone with little or no credit looking for a car. Great business!!
