Best experience buying a car here, staff are very friendly, went in very discouraged thinking I was not going to be able to get a new car after being told no at many other car dealers, but Thanks to Brandon he made it happen I really recommend Auto by Design if you’re looking to buy new car they have the best deals. Would not discount a vehicle 1 penny to make a 14,000 dollar deal, must not need to sell cars that bad.I now believe all the negative reviews on all other websites. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

unfortunately the communication between me and this dealership has been horrid, and as I've begun to read other reviews noticed I've fallen into the same boat where the vehicle was not in as good condition as they claimed, and left me with a repair bill the first day of owning it in excess of $4000. the communication pre-sale of course was decent, and again pre-sale was fairly friendly. post sale has been an entirely different experience. I would have expected them to stand behind a $100K vehicle that they sold, but most certainly not. after doing more research it ended up not being such a great option. I'm awaiting contact with the owner Sean in hopes that he can make this right given the multitude of issues with the vehicle in such a short duration of time.

I purchased a Ford Fusion Hybrid from Pablo, he was very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately the car had damage that wasn't reported and I didn't spot(Never buy a car in the rain or the dark). At best Auto's by Design did not do a thorough enough inspection at worse they knowingly sold me a damaged vehicle. When bringing this to their attention the customer service tanked, the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude, I was told it wasn't their problem and that they had customers they needed to attend to. I guess once they have the cash you are no longer a customer. You have a choice in where to buy your cars, my advice would be to keep looking elsewhere.

He kept me updated the entire time, answered all my questions, called the next day after delivery to check up and made sure the experience was excellent and stress free. I can’t thank you enough; I will definitely be recommending Kurt to all friends and family.
