Auto By Design

My wife has been looking for a great deal for a 2017 Dodge Ram with a crew-cab and 5.7L engine. He found what she was looking for at Auto by Design, and for a much lower price than she has seen anywhere else. Pablo was SUPER easy to work with and had exceptional customer service. The entire sales crew was easy to work with, and I feel that our next vehicle will come from Auto by Design as well.

Our visits with Auto by Design were full of educational info on our car choices as he helped us narrow down the right car for us. There is a great selection of vehicles at Auto by Design, a full service dept, financed and ownership and license switching - very convenient. They were great to deal with while signing all the paperwork. Thanks guys!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I contacted the dealership to get a price quote and see if they would accept an offer. I get a response back from Sean B. giving me the advertised price. I asked if the price was firm or could he go with my offer. He told me NO, they were into the car for a certain amount and they were not going any lower? Fair response. I sent a followup email to him that he has my contact info in the case that anything changes. His response is "what is going to change? the price? Why would I take a $$$ loss". As a potential customer, this seemed rude as if my business is not good enough for Sean to work with me. I thanked him for this response as this was enough for me to stay away from this place. I don't think Customer service is a priority at this place and my recommendation would be to stay away. If you get a price quote response from Sean B. you are in for a fun time. I read through some of these other reviews and see that I'm not the only one that has had a wonderful experience from Sean B. No negotiation existed in our conversation. This was a lost cause from the start. " You need to work on your art form of negotiating its not working. Good luck finding your bargain buster." Sean B.

The entire experience that I had was AMAZING. Sean and Claudia were great at working to get me the best deal they could get. The wait was long but it was definitely worth it. I am pleased with my car and my experience. GO TO auto by design!!!!

My wife and I are very pleased with our dealings with auto by design Car Sales people. This is not my first time getting a car from here actual it is the fifth or sixth time and have never had a bad experience with them. The employees have treated me and my family well. Louie, Sean and Claudia very helpful.

The Auto by design dealership & service department are the absolute BEST!!! I have never had a more pleasurable experience purchasing a car or having it serviced. In fact, I brought my best friend with me when mine was being serviced & she bought a new Buick while we were there! Sean & Claudia took great care of me & my vehicle. Even though there are dealerships that are closer, I will always have my car serviced at Auto by design, if you're looking for the best deal on a great vehicle AND you don't want to be pressured, go see Louie or Sean Lott at Auto by design. They will listen to your needs & help you find EXACTLY what you need.:-D

Great service. Makes the whole process and experience super easy and stress free. Totally worth the % it costs, which honestly isn't much given the stress and effort that's taken off your shoulders.

I usually absolutely hate car dealers but auto by design is definitely on to something here. The process with them is very easy and the customer service is top notch. I also got a great deal on the car I bought. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car!
