We saw our 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin for sale on Auto By Design Web-Site. The team at A.B.D was helpful with information on the truck and clear communications throughout the whole purchasing process. The Pictures of the Truck looked Great so I put a refundable down payment on the truck - and we flew from Michigan to Va. - The Pictures we seen of the truck gave it no Justice. The Truck was Amazing and beyond our expectations once we were looking at it in person. We already knew we would buy it once we were in it for our test drive. Like any other dealership the paperwork was the longest part of the deal I dont think you can do much about that. A.B.D is moving into a new location and it will look nice so don't let the interior fool you. This team knows what they are doing with car / truck sales. As aforementioned Mo and his team - very friendly and professional. We drove our truck home from VA to MI with absolutely no problems, we were very impressed. Since being home no one believes this truck is 7 years old, some comments were Wow I thought Ford Stopped making those, or No Way that truck is 7 Years old. Salute to the ABD Team thank you again.

I recently purchased my Honda from Auto by Design. After being disappointed with the cars in my area of Kansas City I found my ideal car online at their dealership. At first I was reluctant to purchase a car in a different state as well as from a dealer that I had not know much about. I went ahead and decided to do it and am very happy I did. I had nothing but a positive experience. Sean walked me through everything making sure I knew the car was exactly what I expected and even was generous enough to help me with my transportation once I flew into town. My wife and I recently began a search for our first luxury vehicle and found what we were looking for at Auto By Design. The staff at ADB is awesome! Ash was our sales consultant and he walked us through all the features of the Audi Q5 beforehand --- he was an expert on the vehicle options. Once we were ready to make our purchase, he also helped us to start the loan application process, which we were able to complete quickly in-person. Note: ABD is set-up to allow buyers to apply for financing from the convenience of their home, if desired. Mo and John in finance received our loan application and were able to secure a loan for us with favorable terms (the rates were equivalent to what I was pre-approved for through my bank). The paperwork was completed in less than an hour. Both guys were great throughout the process --- not pushy or deceptive at all. Overall, I would say that ABD prices vehicles right and creates a comfortable experience for buyers. You'll appreciate the kind of company this is if you decide to buy one of their vehicles.
