Auto By Design

I never get any experience with dealers. I usually bought my cars from owners. So it was my first time. And I am happy to work with them. They took all paper works, so I only need to sign 2 papers and send them to the office. It was easy to me. Thank you guys.

Just purchased our 4th car from this dealership. Great experience will be sending family and friends here in the future for purchases. Louie was our salesmen and was very knowledgeable regarding any questions we had. Very honest and straight forward.

My sales person was Claudia and Sean – they were great to work with! They were friendly and knowledgeable and provided really good customer service during our car purchase.

!!!!!!!!!Dont buy a car from here!!!!!!! listen to other one star reviews. Sean and his dealership are sketchy and shady! We test drove a suburu and the engine started producing so much smoke. Another review had many car issues after his purchase and i can see why. That was our first visit. second visit we went for a car choosing. Here we waited around 15 minutes until finally attended by Sean. We were sitting in the couches and he came up to us and started talking to us in a very hostile tone and sarcasm and racism. You can hear his tone which is not a friendly one. He targeted us as if we werent knowledgeable. I myself am an alumni in accounting and financing. He also offended my friend (the potential buyer) saying he will be the first Hispanic to file taxes. He actually had his taxes in his car and devalued his construction business. And he also said THIS CAR IS NOT FOR YOU! what kind of owner states this?? Fyi AUTO BY DESIGN my friend had 33K to pay in CASH so obviously we can afford it. I had enough and talked back to him in the same way he treated us. Then he snapped and started CUSSING ME and coming to me in a THREATNING WAY and kicked us out and so we did. when we were leaving he said *stupid immigrants* all because we would not let ourselves become victims by bad business. All proof is in their CCTVs. I am going to file a compaint to the ATTORNEY GENERAL for bad business practices and very hostile environment. DONT INSULT YOUR CUSTOMERS FIRST. Shady shady. please dont buy here. see for yourselves. and listen to the other one stars. Update: Auto by design called us back and told us to remove our yelp comment. In exchange for a better deal on the car we wanted to buy (or supposedly not afford) just goes to show you how Corrupt they are. Sean i am bringing light on to your shady business. edit: we didn't insult you first, you did with your lowkey offenses stated above and you took advantage since the other two didn't know english and just because they were wearing construction clothing. You talked about how we couldnt afford this car. etc.

Like most people, we were looking for the BEST VALUE with the least amount of hassle.....Mo and his team are true professionals and they won't waste your time! They have great inventory, a seamless purchasing process, and our entire transaction to include a great trade-in value took less than an hour!!!! I trust Mo. His shop is my "go to" and the one I'd recommend to all my friends.

I had a good experience working with the guys at Auto by Design - Mo and Sean. They are a pretty busy dealership but still manage to have good customer service. This is my 2nd time buying a car from these guys.

Came in, told them I was in a hurry, left with new car in about an hour. Mo helped me in and out very quickly on a busy Saturday.
