Took our 2017 Clubman in to have its first oil change. Called and got a time that was soon and convenient for me. Showed up and they had me in and out in under an hour, having changed the oil and filter, checking and adjusting tire preasute and performing a courtesy check which included a wash. My first service visit was as pleasant as the buying experienc!!!

2 days after purchasing a used car, the engine check light came on. When I informed my salesman, he was quick to get me to bring the car back to turn it into service and to give me a loaner for the 4 days it took to do a complete review of the cars operation. The service manager called me daily to update me on the status of the review and what was being done and they charged me nothing for all of the work they did on the vehicle. I am convinced that Passport Mini is customer focused, dependable and trustworthy dealership.
