I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Mini or any car. Their service department is amazing as well. Everth is an outstanding service manager and took very good care of me and my Mini and the repair was done at the best price possible. They don’t look to up the repairs but rather they save you money and treat you like royalty. Great service department! Everth is the best. Matt Karau was a great sales rep and made our purchase experience very pleasant. He had outstanding patience and continues to treat us like royalty. We love passport Mini because of their people, partcukarly Everth and Matt.

The salesman was not a high-pressure salesman. Very knowledgeable about the car options and features. The sales process moved very quickly and everything was clearly and thoroughly explained.

I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. They had the window sticker ready for me to review, and I asked for it specifically. No tricks and no illusions. We just haggled for a few minutes(you have to barter) and arrived at a deal we both felt good signing. Great experience, great people, and great coffee. It was a great early Christmas present to my wife.

I knew which used car I wanted to test drive before arriving. Within 5-8 minutes of arriving I was off driving the car even though they were very busy on a Saturday. Decided to buy the car and was complete with transaction in less than 90 minutes (including test drive). Vinnie M. was the salesman and he did a great job. Extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Ask for him by name, I will next time I’m looking for a Mini.

I am beating myself. I bought used car that ended up having issues. Off course they do not have a return policy for all their cars per the GM Peter. I can sell it back to them at a 3500 loss. If buying a used vehicle make sure you have a mechanic with you, do a lot of research otherwise you will cry real tears!

I came into Alexandria Passport MINI as a walk-in to get scheduled maintenance service performed on my Countryman. I did not have an appointment, however, the service department was able to fit me in. The technician, Carlos, was very helpful in reviewing what would be done as well as suggesting additional items my car would need in the near future. After a brief, tolerable wait in their showroom, my car was serviced and washed. It was a great day!
