Mini-the best car and the best people

Staff is extremely helpful and speaks in 'laywoman' terms. I understood everything they did and why. The Mini car is exceptional; the dealer makes the experience like going home.

The Best Dealership in Town!

This is by far the best dealership in the Metro area...hands down! They more than exceeded my expectations in customer service and salesmanship! I would recommend Passport Mini of Alexandria to my friends and family without hesitation!

Impeccable Service

I purchased from this dealer twice: about 6 years ago when I purchased a used Jeep on the lot (I didn't at that time have the capital for a mini but was quite pleased with the alternative) and now when I bought the 2015 Paceman. The service, both times, was impeccable. Buying from anyone who works on commission is nerve wrecking because they are trained to sell no matter what. But the feeling here in buying is that the seller cares about what is best for you and that made the buying process easier. I arrived several days before the new purchase date just to look around and I received first class service from both Peter Lawford and John Dugan as I test drove several models. I returned several days later to complete the purchase of a 2015 Paceman. Peter and John were quite helpful again, and Stacey was wonderful at explaining my options for add-ons, if needed, during the financing paper work. These are true professionals who seem to enjoy making the customer happy.

Great Service-Always

I started my car and found the engine light glowing yellow. Passport's online scheduler let me make an appointment later that morning. My service rep had me in a loaner and on my way in minutes. Repairs and service were completed same day with the usual complimentary wash. As always the show room was spotless, the customer service staff were neat and professional.

GREAT SERVICE

Superb service. Justin Smith is the BEST!!!!! The service/repairs were completed in record time and we were able to wait for the car. Justin kept us informed and delievered on time as promised.

Best Mini Dealership in the DMV !!! Ever!

I drove. 2008 Mazda 3 sedan and my 2015 mini cooper S stands in a class by itself. Normally, I take metro but I drove the car to work so my coworkers could see the permanent grin on my face. Professional, personable and most exciting experience I had buying a car, ever. Mike Hannon, my salesman was awesome!! He listened to me and he and Peter searched the heavens got me what I wanted and more! They dont jam into down your throat and no awkward money talk either. These two are the best!!!! Andy, the best finanical guy, educated me on leasing options and what I needed. We also chit chatted alittle and I felt like I was entering a mini family. I felt like I won a "mini" bucks!!! I can't say enough about my experience and my car has gotten rave reviews from everyone!!! Just got to give her an charistmatic name !!

Service From Passport Mini

Been a customer for five years and I'm driving my second Mini. Fantastic Car and Fantastic Dealership. Julian Kim is a fantastic Service Rep. Ray (the man with the hat) and the rest of the sales team do a wonderful job making sure the customer is totally satisfied.

Great Service

I bought my mini cooper a couple of years ago, and since I've moved to the DC area, I frequent this dealership to get my oil changed. I went to the dealership this past Tuesday and was assisted by Justin Smith, who was very accommodating and very helpful when I got my oil changed done. I'll continue to come back to this place thanks to awesome customer representatives such as Justin.
