Exceptional introduction to Mini USA (from Europe)
Our Mini Cooper S (purchased in Germany in 2011) arrived at the port and needed the USA Maps for the Navigation system and a short list of repair items. Julian clearly described the cost estimate, timeline, provided a loaner car, and kept me informed during the entire process. We are very happy to have had such a wonderful introduction to Mini USA!

Excellent car buying experience
Impressed that the salesperson never tried to upsell me. On the contrary, he tried to understand what kind of driver I was, and ended up recommending a less expensive model for me than the one I had initially expressed interest in. Communication and follow up was excellent throughout my decision making process.

Buying experience at Passport MINI of Alexandria
My sales agent was easy-going, patient and flexible. The vehicle I wanted was unavailable the first time my wife and I went there, but they ordered it and it was shipped in within the agreed upon period. Took my car in for service and, as usual, their level of customer service exceeded my expectations. Julian Kim, White Team Service Manager was exceptional - very professional, detailed-oriented and eager to provide the best level of service. My car was completed on time and I was given a loaner car while my car was in the shop. I have a 2013 Mini Roadster - my 3rd Mini - and I absolutely love it and love the way I'm treated (like a VIP) at Mini of Alexandria! Kudos to the Mini of Alexandra team - from sales and management to service and the people behind the receptionist desk - thanks for consistently making my experience at Mini like no other!

Always great service
Ever since I bought our MINI, it has only seen the dealerships service facility and I dont ever plan on changing it....why? Always great and dependable service. It may not be perfect all the time but they sure make up for it and get it right. Shout out to Julian and Carlos, and the rest of the team. Because of your work My wife and I get to enjoy driving our fun little MINI more :)

Great customer service
I recently had my Mini Cooper in for a problem with severe hesitation - my car was covered by warranty. My service advisor Frank helped me figure out the logistics of getting my car to the dealership which involved getting it towed from my work AND setting up a free car rental with Enterprise near my work. All I had to do was hand the keys to the tow truck driver, and the Enterprise guy texted me when he got to my work. I was back at work with a rental car in less than 25 minutes. Back at the dealership they ran the diagnostics, fixed the problem (computer issue) and I was able to drop off the rental car at the dealership a day and a half later. It was GREAT to be treated to such a high level of service. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and ready to help with anything you might need. I couldn't recommend this dealership any higher.

Outstanding Customer Service
The service and attention to detail at Passport Mini is exceptional. The detailed explanation of the needed repairs was clear and easy to understand. Frank could not have been more helpful. Obtaining a loaner is a quick and easy process. All of the people I have interacted with at Passport really exude attention to the customer.
