I just took delivery of my new MINI and I could not be...

I just took delivery of my new MINI and I could not be happier with the service from MINI of Alexandria. I custom ordered my MINI a few months ago with Matt and he was amazing. He took the time to walk me through the available options as well as what suited my needs the most. He showed me that a higher trim would actually save me money AND give me more bang for my buck. When it came time to pick up my new MINI, the sales manager Ahmed, and the finance manager Paula were both great in making my experience a truly exceptional one. I would highly recommend getting a MINI in general. And if you are in the DC area, give Matt or his manager Ahmed a call.

PLEASE avoid if you have any other options. Once the sale was complete, the customer service went down the tubes. We had the misfortune of having one of the temporary tags stolen. The response from the dealership was unacceptable from the general manager to the finance manager!!!! There is a home delivery service, but not for stolen temporary tags! Beautiful car, just find another dealership!

Great Experience

Vinnie was EXCELLENT. He was super responsive, courteous and made the process smooth fast and efficient. Drove over 100 miles to get there and he was worth ever minute and dime spent!!

Annual Service

The whole process from making the appointment to dealing with Ms. Cannata could not have been easier or more pleasant. They kept me informed as to when the car would be ready and there were no surprises. Highly recommend for sales and service!!!

Their service department is SOOO nice!

Love their easy drop off for repairs. The shop is fabulous and clean. Very impressive and the staff super helpful! All of my repairs were covered and everything was fast and easy.

Love My Car!

My first and it won't by my last experience with Passport Mini. I appreciated their help and support and they offered me options I didn't think would be available. They made the entire process from an initial text with the salesperson to test drive to completing the process a positive experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Exceptional service!

I took my car in for service due to a dashboard warning indicator. Assistant Service Manager Jairo got my car fixed very quickly, and included fix under a certified pre-owned warranty. Bravo!
