Awful. Avoid at all costs. I’ve owned three minis and had many relationships with various mini dealerships and this one is the worst. My Mini Countryman blew the clutch and I had it towed there. Completely unprofessional demeanor from the service representative and not even an estimate in writing. I was told bluntly over the phone that they needed almost $1,000 to even finish the diagnostic for the estimate. And if I didn’t make a decision right away then I was going to be charged for holding up a mechanic bay. We had the car towed to another German repair shop right away.

Passport practically perfect in every way!
I'm on my third Mini and while truly enjoy the cars, the service at Passport Mini of Alexandria keeps me coming back. J. Cannata, my service rep. knows the cars inside out, gives me real time estimates for the length of any service and works with the technicians to generally get things done early. The process leaves me feeling confident the car's in great shape.

Aloof Sales and Management
Been going here for since they first opened in up (2009) for service and have bought 2 new Mini's here. Service department is average, finance department is average, sales and management are aloof and unresponsive to issues after they've taken your money.

They misrepresented the costs. Messed up registration.
They told me I had to purchase new tags from the VA DMV even though I was transferring tags. They then didn't register my car with my tags. When they received the new but unwanted tags from the DMV, they never forwarded them to me. They won't fix the DMV problem. They won't refund me the money I paid them in overpayment. Don't use this dealership. They had months to address and fix my issues but did nothing. I never heard from anyone.

New Mini Girl
Walked into the dealership looking for a used Mini Cooper Countryman, my sales representative VINNIE greeted me with open arms. He was very knowledgeable about the mini’s from start to finish, from used to brand new. This guy really knows his craft I these cars. I walked away with a Mini and love it.

Very satisfied: Helpful and friendly staff.
I needed some assistance to connect my phone to my car Bluetooth so I could have access to voice commands for my navigation with Waze. It took a few minutes to get the settings to word. I was very satisfied with the help I received at Mini Alexandria Car Dealership. I also needed some minor adjustment with the plastic guard shield under the front t of my car. I had damaged it when I parked too close to the concrete guard in parking spaces. It was popped back out at the dealership when my car was having a routine service. I didn’t have to pay a buy anything! Thank you to all the staff at Mini Alexandria!

Excellent First Rate Customer Service
My experiences with Passport Mini of Alexandria is long and exceptional. I have purchases 5 Mini Coopers over the years and the service is so above par that I wouldn't consider going with any other dealer/car. I like my Mini's but I love my service team at Passport Mini of Alexandria.
