Been going there for a few years , very happy with service till rich took over my vehicle. Try to contact store no one calls back . Contacted a service person he says he put a note to have rich call back never got call and when a nice sale person answered he walked over and got rich and I was very unhappy with his excuse of why he never called me and hung up on him and decided to just never go back there again it’s not worth the frustration

My car has been in their service for well over a 2.
My car has been in their service for well over a 2.5 month cumulatively over 3 service drop offs. It’s impossible to get any update over telephone or email. Their service advisors, manager, and director don’t care at all about you. I’ve been told I’ll hear back, but days go by and there’s never any calls. Their phone line has left me on hold for over an hour only to be hung up on. I still don’t have the car back in my possession and still have no idea where my car is. I feel like I’ve been rob. They don’t offer rentals. They have been a major inconvenience. DON’T EVER CONSIDER GOING TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! They cause undue stress and you’ll never get your car back.

Horrible experience with Serramonte Ford.
Horrible experience with Serramonte Ford. I have 2020 Mustang and had zero issues, just dropped off for regular 30k miles service and after got my vehicle back, I started hearing a humming noise while driving and also vibration on the steering wheel! Discussion after discussion, and after spending several days they claimed the issue comes from the tires! The same tires which were perfectly fine, according to Serramonte Service Manager - all in sudden start making noise(!) The service manager didn't believe me that before the service, there was no noise. I asked to prove if the noise is coming from the tires, but he asked me additional charge to change the tires... I am planning escalating this issue to Ford Service management as much as I can, and also sharing my horrible experience on social media on different platforms. In the meantime I am going to seek my legal rights as well. Just a friendly reminder; If you love your car, stay away from Serramonte Ford guys...It was my first visit but it is gonna be the last one!

Rude and unprofessional "secretaries"
I took my car in for a full service and for a diagnostic/repair. Jared was my service advisor and he was absolutely awesome. Super helpful, explained every part of the process and even hooked me up with a coupon upon payment. I definitely would be happy to be helped by him again. However, a couple other employees who answer the phone when you try to reach the service department (a man and a woman) have literally no manners and they make for an unpleasant experience. When I first called this dealership asking if I could come in to get my car serviced, the woman who answers the phone said, verbatim, "....it's a Ford." Meaning, of *COURSE* I can come in to the Ford dealership with my Ford vehicle, duh, how could I be so stupid for asking that question... No kidding. I knew that they would ALLOW me to bring my vehicle in. I was simply asking to schedule the appointment, and it's very normal to ask for the appointment by saying "Can I bring my car in?" She was beyond rude and condescending, and she knew it. I asked her to change her tone since all I was trying to do was ask HER for help and she was making it seem like I was inconveniencing her. She immediately backtracked on her sarcasm and gave a fake apology. Really unattractive to potential customers of all kinds, and very unprofessional. I had to make several more calls to the service department while my car was kept there and when she would answer the phone, at the end of the brief conversation I would always say "okay thank you," and she would just hang up the phone abruptly rather than be professional and say goodbye. Horrifying customer service and phone/people skills. The man, similarly, had terrible phone and people skills. When I called and he answered, he would cut me off in the middle of my questions. As if he couldn't be bothered to listen to a paying customer speak for longer than 10 seconds. Both of them were beyond unpleasant. Not to mention the fortune I spent there...the least they could do was act like they weren't miserable and I wasn't a nuisance. Jared was great. But I would not go back here because of the customer service.
