I never heard back from them regarding a vehicle I was

I never heard back from them regarding a vehicle I was interested in. They also are still charging 20+% MSRP on vehicles.

From the day I purchased my very first brand new truck

From the day I purchased my very first brand new truck from Serramonte Ford I have been living in a nightmare and regretting the purchase. On the first complimentary oil change and 3 other occasions since they have damaged my truck when I have brought it in for service to make up for prior damage they did! They take absolutely ZERO responsibility, have blamed me or been annoyed and treated me poorly because of their own mistakes. One time they even left me stranded at a Shopping center because the workers were too afraid to they’ll their manager that they damaged my truck. I’ve been waiting for months for a replacement part now that they broke on my last visit. Absolutely do not buy a truck here, you will regret it! I’m thinking about selling my truck just so I don’t have to take it there anymore for warranty service. They also dodge calls and do not respond, it’s a very dishonest dealership. Beware!

I went to Serramonte Ford because I was given a notice

I went to Serramonte Ford because I was given a notice about a recall on my escape. If I’d known I was going to get “serviced” by this poor excuse of a man, I would have gone elsewhere. He is unprofessional, uncouth and to be quite honest should not be in customer service. Horrible.

We took our ford ranger to this dealership for some

We took our ford ranger to this dealership for some manufacture problem, something that should had taken a week took over a month. They authorized me to rent a car because they made a mistake assembling the original piece back. This happen in November 2021 and I am still waiting for reimbursement. Manager Henry Bueno and Mauricio. Won't answer my calls or emails. So unprofessional
