The team was quick to assist me and very easy to communicate with. I never felt any pressure and feel like a got a fair deal. My sales person Dwyer did and excellent job. Answered all my questions and kept me informed of the process after we had reached an agreement. I mentioned to Dwyer that I wanted to make quick work of this transaction and he did just that. In and out within a few hours! Thank you all!

Scams Scams. I had a very disappointing experience with Serramonte Ford. I strongly caution others to be careful when bringing their vehicle here. In my case, I felt misled and overcharged without proper explanation. The final bill was significantly higher than what I expected, and I was not clearly informed about all the charges beforehand. It felt like costs were added without transparency or proper authorization. What was even more frustrating was the feeling that my car was being held hostage until I agreed to pay the inflated amount. As a customer, that creates an extremely uncomfortable and stressful situation. I believe car service should be honest, transparent, and clearly communicated — especially when it comes to pricing. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management takes feedback seriously and improves their customer service and billing transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

The lead advisor Marcus is friendly, kind and honest - Excellent customer service. My car works great after picking my car up from your shop. It has been three years where I experienced a sound like metal to metal when I hit the gas and the brake, now it’s gone. When I back out of the parking lot, the screeching sounds I hear for years have disappeared. All the warning signs when I drive have been fixed that the Towne Ford Shop in Redwood City failed to repair. As a woman, it’s hard to get someone to take you seriously when dealing with car repairs, but Marcus gave me respect, went out of his way to introduce himself to me and shook my hand when I was about to pull out of the lot. Colma is out of my way as I live in the East Bay, but I will be bringing my car to your shop to get Marcus to assist me again. I will also be recommending your shop to people I know because I was treated right, and my car was correctly repaired.
