honest service

the service writer was professional and was honest about how long things would take. unfortunately 3 hours for a maintenance is a long time.

Very clean and organized facility.

Great service

Stewart did a thorough maintainance check on my car and did it quickly. Only thing bad about the experience was the service manager took his sweet time to greet me. I waited at my car for about 10 minutes before someone came.

Getting there

Waited just 5-8 minutes to check in. The service lounge was OK, but Toyota has snacks and stuff for sale. I also missed a department to buy accessories for my Volt. Service manager was great, and the price was better than Toyota.
