Getting there

Waited just 5-8 minutes to check in. The service lounge was OK, but Toyota has snacks and stuff for sale. I also missed a department to buy accessories for my Volt. Service manager was great, and the price was better than Toyota.

Great Car buying experience!

1. Quick response from my request for quote on the Internet. 2. Bill Boone's excellent knowledge of the car. Explaining and showing us all the features. After purchase assisting us with Onstar and Bluetooth setup. 3. Romeo(Finance) was very through in explaining all the paperwork. He explained all the additional services, extended warranties, etc. 4. I appreciated that all these services were offered to me and not just added to the contract without discussing them with me first. 5. Both Bill and Romeo had were polite, through and not pushy. My wife was also impressed with their demeanor.

Great customer service

I like that your service writers are very personable and helpful. Have always had good experiences. I especially like that anytime I call and leave Bill a message, he always responds.

First experience with the service department

Will was very helpful, very knowledgeable and kept me informed of the progress. Also appreciate the rental car offer even though I found ways to get around not having a car over the weekend. The two way shuttle was a great thing, as I always worry about how to get back home and how to go pick up the car from SF. The driver, didn't get his name, was also very good, very punctual, very methodical and also a very safe driver. The repair, update and scheduled maintenance were also done right. My overall experience was excellent.

Magnificant - unbeatable - worth Five Gold Stars

SP was very informative and knowledgeable of the Red Dimensions that I am leasing. He bent over backwards to make sure I was familiar with the vehicle and most of all comfortable getting into it and handling it. He was a gentlemen throughout the full procedure . Making sure that this was in fact the car that I should have. He has followed up on the lease and told me that as any time I was to come back and he would further instruct me if I needed. His main purpose was my satisfaction. A pure pleasure doing business with this man. Thank you for having him.

Great friendly competent service

Will Dea, Service Advisor, is outstanding. He explains what needs to be done and follows through keeping me updated as I usually wait. For customers needing transportation, the driver is regularly there inquiring if his help is needed. Stewart Chev. Is a fantastic dealership.
