Pretty dependable
Their prices are high, not competive. Example: $90 for an oil change! I went on a weekday and it took 2 hours. They typically do good work but can really set you r wallet back.

Excelente customer service
Over all experience was great. Starting with Jesus which never pressured us or pushed us get a car and gave us the information we needed about our 2020 Honda Accord Sport 2.0 Sport. The process with financing was great and the final signing of the paperwork was fast and easy.

Honda accord
he car was dirty on the outside when we came to test drive it. This did not allow us to see fully if the use car had any scratches or minor bumps easily. Maybe it?s their strategy. They did not disclosed that the car only came with one key fob instead of the usual two. We found this out as we were walking out to pick up the car after all the paperwork was signed. After we bought the car, they cleaned the car on the outside and vacuumed the inside but did nothing about the coffee stains in the cup holder and driver doors. I would have to say that the customer service was average.
