Great service

Had a very great experience here when my Civic's air stopped working. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a very good price on the repair. My service adviser was Mike and he was a pleasure to work with.

This place sucks!

Bought a car here. The deal was they will give me a civic with leather seats, sunroof and navigator for the price we agreed. They did give me the car for the agreed price but I didnt realize that they gave me a car without a navigator. I worked 12 hour shift the next 3 days after buying. I tried to figure out how to use the navigator but could not even find the icon for it. Emailed customer service for help, no luck. Asked people how to on my first service (a week after buying. It was for a paint protection) no luck. Then dmv sent me a mail saying i was trying to register a car that isnt mine. Contacted the dealership and found out that they made a mistake with paperwork....or least that's what i was told But my theory is, they gave me the wrong car! Coz i later found out that my car does not have a navigator! They probably meant to give me a different car but gave me the one i have right now and that's why when I registered at DMV my registration was not accepted. And of course the dealership did not exchange my car or give me any credit for the mistake whatsoever. They never even admitted there was a mistake even though they gave me a car without a navigator!
