Bought a new Civic here

I was in the market for a new car and AutoNation Honda Fremont was the dealership that I had the greatest experience with. Shaheen showed me the inventory that matched my needs and was informative and helpful with laying out the possible payment options. After picking a Civic that I liked Brian and Sophea were able to offer me a great deal. Finally Anthony helped me get through the financing process and was able to go into the various options in detail and helped me pick what was right for my situation. Overall it was a great experience buying a car here, would recommend anytime.

excellent customer service

Overall, outstanding customer service from the three staff that I had the pleasure working with this past weekend! David had such excellent customer service. he was absolutely wonderful toward my sister and i, and helped us out when others passed us by. He went above and beyond and helped explain all my best options and the prices to go along with it. He was so kind to my sister and even provided her a charger when her phone was about to die (we were at the dealership for 7 hours, majority of it waiting), and was patient throughout the entire process, especially since we were the last customers to leave the dealership at around after 11pm. Brian was so helpful in giving me a deal that I really couldn’t refuse for the car I had wanted. Anthony made the whole numbers aspect of getting a new car less confusing by answering all my and my sister’s questions and having a lot of patience by explaining everything to us to our understanding. He also made the experience very personable by talking to us the entire time and giving financial advice that will be remembered for years to come. TL;DR — excellent customer service from David, Brian, and Anthony. Came here to explore my options because my lease was almost up. I test drove a civic and loved it. They made the experience a lot less stressful than it could’ve been, and were helpful and patient every step of the way. The excellent customer service sort of made up for how long we were at the dealership for.

My experience at AutoNation was superb and second to none! It was my first time leasing a car and the customer experience was great. Sammy helped me get a great deal and the GM, Brian Tam, made this all possible! Anthony Morales made the financing process so comfortable and gave me peace of mind. He explained everything in detail and was very patient with me, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend AutoNation Honda Fremont to anyone who is looking to get a great deal and wants excellent customer service for your next Honda!

Smooth experience

Totally recommend Autonation Fremont and George. George was very detailed in explaining the bells and whistles of the car that I was planning on buying. These days when each and everything in the car is electronic, it is overwhelming to know/learn these things and he went with these things twice and then again went through them again after buying the car as well. I was done with whole process with two-three hours. The only thing was after buying the car, they found a dent and one of the doors was missing the protective cover. They however fixed immediately but my hopes of driving a < 10 mile odo meter car was ruined as they had to take the car to service center which increased the odo meter by 30 miles.
