Today early morning I call for my 100K service, Some one answer the call, I make a appointment, I think his name was Asad Malik . He did not take that long, give me nice loaner car, without asking me.that’s surprise ! price wise very good, some instant discount, same person with very thing is great service, good attitude,Good communication and pleasant to work with this kind of service oriented place.

Damage to car and poor service
Got the car back with damage and a almost flat and leaking tire, as well as a broken hood latch that was obviously toyed with after going in to get tires and windshield replaced. Denied anything was thier fault after having to drive back drop the car off again. No one offered to do a walk around the car to discuss the problems, just sent me on my way. Days go by before I get a call to discuss next steps, another week goes by before I get a return call saying the car is ready after finally fixing the flat / slow leak. upon receipt my car key is taped together, the key had been broken into 2 pieces making it almost unusable. Lots of electrical tape later in on my way again. Worst service I've ever gotten hands down.

BEST Car Buying Experiece

Great Service Consultant
Mark Douglas Cedano is an excellent, attentive and courteous consultant. He paid particular attention to my repair and on his own ordered a replacement lug nut lock when he found the vehicle was missing the peculiar part on his inspection. He followed up promptly by ordering the part and contacted me immediately to complete the repair.

Service Experience
Wonderful experience getting the car serviced yesterday. Estimates for service time were spot on, of course the waiting area is so fantastic it would have been ok to have waited longer. Was treated with respect by agents there, everyone was very friendly.
