I’ve been to the Jeep dealerships in Waldorf and Camp...

I’ve been to the Jeep dealerships in Waldorf and Camp Springs MD, this one in Bowie is by far the best. For me personally it all starts with customer service, everyone was very pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. Now of days it’s all about the little things, I was properly checked in, I was called about my vehicle and what it needed, everything was thoroughly explained with a smile. Customer service is a lost art for some but not for this location.

I can honestly say, that the service department is great....

I can honestly say, that the service department is great. I’ve been working with Rochelle, who is awesome!!!! !! I find her to be very knowledgeable and, she always provides the best customer service ever. She is truly an asset to Ourisman Jeep in Bowie. I had an ongoing issue with my Jeep, she promptly brought the Service Mgr in. I was given a loaner while he deep dived the issue and resolved it. It’s that type of partnership and expertise that makes this business great!!! A+ in my book.

Excellent reception. Excellent phone communication on estimate. James Martin expedited the part so I got our Jeep back sooner than I expected. He saved me from needing to borrow another vehicle. So, many thanks. Not happy with the price of the part, but that is due to manufacturer greed.

Only in person?

I inquired about this vehicle. The advertisement said home shipping was available. After speaking with a sales rep he told me that they don't do business online nor ship vehicles. Needless to say I was confused and a bit frustrated. We spoke a little more and he asked why I choose their dealership/ car instead of one of the local ones I could give my business to and buy a car from one of the hundreds of other dealer ships between MD and IN. I informed him that I was using Cars.com to find a vehicle and that's why I inquired about it. He seemed to not understand internet sales. After I explained that I was using cars.com he said that fraud was the problem with online purchases and that it was the owners policy to not sell online... It felt like he was trying to say I was attempting to defraud them because I was trying to make a purchase from Indiana....

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the way your out of state inquiry was handled. We do offer home delivery however there are a couple of policies. In order to provide shipping, you must live in Maryland within reasonable miles. To complete the deal remotely whether it is in the State of Maryland or any other state, the transaction must be a cash deal if not than you must come to the dealership to sign the paperwork. Unfortunately not everyone is honest and fraud can be a concern. We have to protect our dealership and also look out for your best interest.
