Service department lacked communication, ordered wrong

Service department lacked communication, ordered wrong part, couldn’t get new part to program and needed specialist. Same issues after picking car up, second visit same thing technician could not get car to program and the communication was horrible. Both times we picked up “completed” vehicle there were extra bolts and parts laying around. This dealership is not in favor of the customer. I highly recommend using one of the other many local dealerships not affiliated with the Ourisman name.

We met with Joel today at the dealership, he did an excellent job helping us and answered all of our questions. The car was cleaned and ready to go when we were finished with financing.

I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall

I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. But then I was told they only drove about 10 miles at the time I went in. I did get a ride home but I t was not a seamless process.

Took my jeep in for a check and they found problem with

Took my jeep in for a check and they found problem with battery but wanted to run additional test because of how jeep was riding. I think if its simple things like oil change than this deal for you. Anything complicated don't go here

Issue: The dealership's service technicians failed to properly diagnose and fix my vehicle's issue. Another service provider successfully identified and resolved the problem, confirming that the battery was not the cause. Concerns: Your technicians at the dealership lack proper training and expertise, making them unable to handle more complex repairs. Expectation: The dealership should take responsibility for the poor service, improve technician training, and focus on ensuring their staff can handle all necessary repairs—or limit their services to basic maintenance like washing cars and changing oil.

I will never buy a car from this dealership again.

I will never buy a car from this dealership again. They sold me a $52,000 vehicle without even performing a basic oil change. When I drove off the lot, the car was already at 30% oil life. That’s unacceptable, especially considering this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. You’d expect better treatment and attention to detail for such a significant purchase—and from a repeat customer no less. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of care. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Visited this dealership in summer 2024 as they advertised

Visited this dealership in summer 2024 as they advertised an extremely low price on a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. They refused to negotiate over email so I came in person only to find out that I didn’t qualify for their promotion and that the vehicle was over $5k more. Plus, they lowballed me on my trade-in and added some bogus Stelantis maintenance package for another $2k. They were also super pushy and I abruptly left as they kept stalling (was there for two hours). Nine months later I went to another Jeep dealership and got $3k more for my trade-in and zero hassle about hidden fees. Would never step into this dealership again.
