We decided to purchase a couple of Jeeps. Ourisman was the only place that had the model we wanted so I decided to make the trip from NM. I thought is was a crazy idea but with the pandemic going on it seemed fitting to do something crazy. I had pleasant experience. So ended up buying 2 Jeeps and because the transport was 2 months out I flew there twice. The guys are fantastic. The price we agreed on is the price I paid. People should be able to understand the advertised price includes incentives they might not qualify for. It is the name of the game. But look at the bottom line and likely the price from Ourisman will be better than the rest. The sales person was great and Younes, the general manager, as well as Simo, the sales manager, make the buying experience pleasant.

I tried to arrange purchasing a brand new vehicle (Jeep Grand Cherokee) from them, while myself being from out of state, and was bombarded by 3 ignorant employees who claim they can’t sell a car and ship it due to fraud. Their only way to prevent fraud is if I were to show up in person, or get this...wire my “personal” money from my bank to them...because that’s different than myself getting a loan from my bank and wiring them the funds. Stay in school, kids. I’ll take my business to an establishment with more educated employees. Oh, and the GM said I was lying about our reason for purchase (buying a new vehicle for my wife) and that I was a “car flipper” whatever that’s supposed to mean.

Do not trust this dealer. Vehicle prices listed are “innocent mistakes” and are actually much higher.

Brought my Ram 1500 in for an oil change and 2 factory recalls on Thursday March 4, 2021. I had a 7:am appointment. James came out and explained everything to me in detail and I left my vehicle in his capable hands. I didn’t expect to get my vehicle back until much later that evening. However, James called me at 10:30 and said my truck was ready to be picked up. it was a very good experience. James and Ourisman Service are the best.

Natasha is the best in service! Never once did I have to call to check on my vehicle. She even rescheduled my service (glass service) 3 Thursday's in a row due to the weather. I recommend her her highly.

Brought my car in for an oil change earlier this week. Expected to be waiting a long time, the service area was busy. The staff were friendly directed me where I can wait. It was quick, I'll come here again.
