Shaky car problems

I had bought a new TLX from the Hayward autonation and I drove it back that night on the 17 anddd it started to shake when I hit the brakes, even softly. Also, 1 of the 2 keys they gave me doesn't even work for my car...I need to go back and deal with that. Anyways, I went to the stevens creek automation to get a fix and they found the problem and replaces 2 rotors and break pads for me. I haven't had any problems since and they had great customer service.

I was welcomed with great customer service and support. It was very timely and I was offered great recommendations as to what was wrong with my vehicle. What made my visit extra special was the personal interaction with Andrea and she made sure I was well taken care of as well as my vehicle as far as to return my vehicle nicely washed and cleaned.

Acura AutoNation of Stevens Creek

I had another good repair experience at Stevens Creek Acura in San Jose, CA. This was just a straightforward battery replacement after the older one gas me a good 3-4 years of service. My service rep was Rolf, as always very attentive and anticipatory. The service techs did a good inspection of the vehicle and delivered a comprehensive report.

Bait and switch

I emailed them on Thursday night about the availability of a car. I received a reply Friday morning at 10:40 telling me it was available. I arrived at 5 after work, I told them a salesman said the vehicle was there. They tried to get me into the showroom, when I wouldn't go, a salesman finally came out to say they sold it that very day! Yeah, right. Won't ever do business with Auto Nation.

Rofh was very professional and courteous and provided superb customer service. I brought my car in early, and he happily accommodated me. He's very knowledgeable and understands his customers. He didn't waste my time and provided me with timely updates on the status of my car. It was a delight working with him.
