They were very welcoming and nice. Took me on the test drive and kept telling me that customer piece of mind is their top priority. This was in the afternoon and I wasn’t able to check exterior of the car. Good thing I decided to return next day instead of purchasing on the spot. When I came back and saw the car during the day it was scratched, dented and had virtually didn’t have a single element that was fine. I asked if they plan to condition the $38K car before delivery and they said no. Best they could do is give me a touch up pain and do it myself. They kept saying it’s a used car (3years old, mind you) and I should not have such high expectations. Not sure how high of an experience this is. Pretty low on my books

Nicole is my Service Manager & she is one of the best
Nicole is my Service Manager & she is one of the best service folks I've worked with. She is always friendly/welcoming., she keeps in contact when my car is getting serviced, she shares what my car needs are which gives me the opportunity to plan future service. I've also observed her whilst waiting, she doesn't ignore people who aren't under her service, she helps everyone. I've experienced being ignored by other Service Managers. So, please show appetizing for Nicole b/c she's keeping paying customers coming back. Also, please bring back loaner cars. You will & Im sure have lost customers since you stopped issuing loaner cars. Thank you.

I saw the late model Acura RDX on the Acura certified
I saw the late model Acura RDX on the Acura certified website with low miles and in excellent condition. I made an appointment online; Adarsh called and confirmed the appointment to test drive the car. We went over with our older Acura RDX which I had gotten an online offer for on the Acura website. The newer car checked out great. We were given the trade-in appraisal and in less than 3 hours total (test drive and paperwork) we were driving home in our low mileage Acura RDX. No haggling and we were given a good price on the newer Acura plus Kelley Bluebook on the trade-in.

The purchasing experience was ok and pretty standard, I liked that they were not trying to push extra package purchases. My problem is with follow up, after I purchased the vehicle I've had trouble getting responses from the dealership. The car came with wheel locks, but they never provided the key. Overall not the best experience.

Great service.
Great service. Courteous, helpful and timely. Communication was great and they did a great job. Arranged us an Uber as well. The service rep went out of his way to help and ensure he provided good help and the dealership got good reviews. Good people working at the dealership and we will always bring out car here.

Do not buy a car from this dealership.
Do not buy a car from this dealership.. I bought a car from them a few months ago that had extensive water damage and rust. I attempted to discuss my dissatisfaction with the car and now they will not return my calls. Their 125 point inspection process is flawed. Very non-friendly toward women as well. Please save your time and money and buy from a more reputable dealer. They openly admitted that the vehicle was not inspected yet they refuse to make any amends. This should be a no star review.
