The process was easy in purchasing the car, The trade I

The process was easy in purchasing the car, The trade I think is ok but could be better. However, the car detailing was rushed even though I mentioned not to rush it and I am willing to come back just to be sure it is clean inside out. There are grimes in the console, the passenger seats still has debris of dirts and oh btw, there is no windshield washer! It is bone dry. Under The hood is not clean too! Otherwise it is 5 star.

The service was so friendly and everyone was knowledgeable. Even the people not working directly with us were kind and friendly. I had been to quite a few places where that was not the case over the last few weeks, but at Acura on Stevens Creek, we felt valued and that they actually wanted to help us find the right fit. Nathan took us on our test drive and was very kind to our children too throughout our whole time at the dealership. I was not intending on purchasing a car that day, but they helped me find exactly what I was looking for and for a fair price. Also, they were so mindful that we had kids with us and things went so much more quickly that the last time we purchased a vehicle. From walking around the lot to signing the final documents and setting up my car settings I was very happy. I’m so pleased with the quality of my vehicle as well as the positive experience I had while purchasing it. Thank you very much!

Used CPO 2018 RDX

Disappointed in the Condition the car was delivered to me. After a first look I asked for a detailing of the vehicle very dirty. They had over an hour to clean it up. I did not have the time to argue over the condition of the car I had a 1:00 p.m. meeting. I arrived at 10:30 out by 12:30.I had to wait for the vehicle as it was sitting in the driveway of the dealership. I had ask another sales person to call for my sales person to give me the keys. Not a good experience.
