The staff is all very helpful, both in terms of finding what you're looking for, and reaching an agreement on it. They are wonderfully polite and friendly, and go out of their way to make the visit as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

Everyone was so friendly!! They tried getting us the price we wanted and sure enough we got it! They were determined to get things right and the quality of work was just so amazing!!

I was given great customer service up until the time I got home with the Kia. I looked at a used Kia Sorrento with awd and 6 cyl. I said I wanted exactly the same thing but in a new 2018. I realize I should have double checked before signing the papers on the 2018 but who would think the car was not the exact same. I got home with a 4 cyl and fwd. I love everything about the car except that I didnt get the awd and 6 cyl. When the car is in cruise control it lags on small hills. Of course I was told when I drove off the lot the car was mine regardless. I say again I should have double checked - my excuse is it was late - had been looking all day and we were exhausted. Never thought of car not being exactly the same when that was what we had asked for.

I recently bought not 1 but 2 cars from Kia of Abilene. I did purchase a vehicle knowing that there was a chip in the windshield but was told that it would not spread. Next day in the 100 degree sun it decided to spread over the entire windshield. I made an appointment to get it repaired so drove there and they decided to call me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me the winshield was no good. So i figured i would try and get some kind of credit or discount on the windshield for the inconvenience of the wasted day and trip; or even the misconception that the windshield wouldnt break as soon as it left the lot. Well its been almost a month now of missed calls due to them conveniently losing my number just to be told sorry we cant do anything. I would rather buy from a crackhead on craigslist then from Joe Del Rio ever again. When talking to him on the phone I felt like I was talking to a thug that could care less because the sale had already happened.

I was really surprised to find a dealership in Abilene who didn’t try to bully me into buying. Alexia Pena was courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Oh, she’s funny too! They were able to work with my unique situation and get me where I needed to be!

The staff at Kia of Abilene really worked hard to get me the price I wanted and could afford compared to other dealers in the area. Ended up leaving with a Kia Soul that I’ve always wanted to try out and maybe buy. If you’re looking for a car and need a group to work with your finances the best they possibly can I would recommend Kia of Abilene.
