I was asked to fill out a survey but I like this way better. Erin Ryan contacted me & said she would find me a car! This process included her sending me pictures, calling for no other reason than to wish me a happy birthday and driving between lots to bring me a car that she wasn't sure I would even like! She didn't stop there. She stayed with me to show me the new features of my new car & when I forgot something, she patiently showed me how again...and always with a smile! Erin rocks and I would strongly encourage anyone to ask for her by name if you're ever in the market for a car. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Erin!!!!! You're the best!!!!!

Our experience with KIA was wonderful!! Our sales rep, Kori Gallimore is very knowledgeable of the KIA products. She made us feel so comfortable while helping us purchase our new Kia Sportage. Kori was patient and kind, as we asked some questions many times! I see a bright future for Kori, as she’s an excellent representative of KIA of Abilene. William was awesome he new within 10 min of talking to us what kind of vehicle we were looking for. I did not know all the features available on a Kia and he just kept giving us information from safety , to needs and wants like he knew us more than a few minutes. It was a great experience for my husband and especially for me I?m a very hard person to please, heck I had just walked out of a dealership the previous day and didn?t look back due to the insincere agent who was just trying to make a number.

Kori was amazing with us! She was amazing with our kids while we were in there and got us what we wanted to be in! Will be returning in the future.
