I hope they don’t say that they couldn’t find me in their data base again but I just have to tell you guys they will push you onto things you do not want and want to make you spend your money and will not bargen price because they lie about how much they bought it for, DO NOT GO!!!

AWFUL
Horrible customer service, over priced oil changes, just an all around unfriendly atmosphere. Find some decent employees that focus on the customer. Good luck on your new dealership.

Less then knowledgeable staff
Very disappointed in my experience. I bought my vehicle from the Big Lot and recently tried to trade it in. I was told the finance manager was busy, which I could clearly see her in her office, when I mentioned she didn’t look busy I was told that they don’t deal with the previous lender and was basically pushed away. Bring back the old staff they at least cared.

Didn’t get pressured
I had a good buying experience with the crew a big lots. Gave Garret a bottom line price on a truck with couple things that needed to be fixed and he came down pretty close to it. Never once felt pressured or forced into buying truck...I bought the truck because I wanted to not because I was pressured into a sale. Can’t speak for everyone but I had a great buying experience.

Friendly Staff!
The staff was amazing and helped me out a lot. Considering my credit is bad they were able to get me approved still. I appreciate that they did everything they could to make sure that I would go home with a safe and reliable vehicle for my 9 month old son and I.
