Couldn't have asked for more

I brought my daughter in to purchase a used vehicle and what we walked away with was not only a vehicle that she loves , but an experience that was top-notch and far more than we were expecting. Todd Rendon made the whole process smooth , and went above and beyond in all areas . What an amazing group of people working at Nereson Suzuki Chevrolet of Mhd! Best Customer Experience!

My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle online, and Nereson Suzuki had the vehicle we were looking for (2011 Chevrolet Cruze) so we called ahead before we drove to Moorhead from Grand Forks, and Travis Fairbanks was more than willing to help us. He even washed and waxed the vehicle and had it out front when we arrived. Jim Benton and Travis Fairbanks provided superior customer service! Just to highlight a few examples of the involvement of the team include Travis helping us find the right vehicle for our family and having patience with us, and Jim helping to entertain my 6-month old baby during the car-buying experience. The whole experience from when we walked in the door to driving off the lot with our new vehicle was fantastic! The entire team was lookiing out for our best interests and was very engaged and helpful every step of the way! I would (and already have) recommend this dealership to all my friends and family! Thanks for the excellent quality service!

Exceptional Service

I've worked in the Service/Retail industry for over 13 years, and I can honestly say Nereson Suzuki has the best customer service I've seen in a long time. The employees seemed as though they loved being there as they all got along with each other and joked around, which made me feel very comfortable. As a female, I was a bit nervous to purchase a car on my own, afraid I would get overcharged, but I, in no way, felt that at all. I purchased a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi and am extremely impressed with the vehicle. It has everything I need and I am happy to say I chose it on my own, it wasn't "sold" to me. Travis Fairbanks was very patient with my many questions and I was thanked for my purchase by the manager. Tom knew what he was talking about with the paperwork, which was helpful as well. I was shown the service center and was very impressed with that. I would recommend Nereson Suzuki (Big Lots) to anyone looking for a vehicle.

2012 Suzuki Kizashi GTS FWD

My husband bought me a 2012 Kizashi GTS at the end of May. It had 5 miles when we bought it. It now has 4,300 miles and I LOVE IT!!! The performance is outstanding, I get 32.5 MPG at 70 MPH with a 50 mile round-trip commute to work each day. The reason he said he bought it for me is he wants our 2 year old daughter and myself to be safe.Our salesman *Todd Rendon* was like a breath of fresh air...He never pressured us. Todd spent the time to ask questions and based on the information he found us a few options. Then it was up to us to decide. I will be sending everyone that I know to Nereson Suzuki..They really did treat us like Family. Do yourself a favor and Choose Nereson Suzuki. Todd Rendon will be our salesman for eevery vehicle we purchase after experiencing his outstanding Customer Service. He is a new generation of Car Salesman. Thank you Todd

SUV shopping

I am a picky shopper. I told Gordy what i was interested in and what i wanted to spend and he found me a potential winner. I went back and Jim helped me, and Big Lot is by far the best experience i have had ever. It is like your dad is right next to you helping you get the best deal. Thank you guys!!!

They strive to make all customers happy

My recent experience there was looking for a used car and to trade-in my old one. They had a great car that I wanted and gave me a fair trade-in price and even matched a local dealer's price for the similar car I was buying. They were persistent enough to make sure I didn't miss out on a good deal even when they stated two other individuals were seriously looking at the car. One great thing they provide is the year of service after the purchase. It'll be nice to have that strong, on-going relationship with the place in which I bought the car and in which I will get it serviced.

Awesome Experience

I thought I would have to buy a basic car because I am on a fixed income. I was wrong. Not only did Todd Rendon find me the perfect new SX4 AWD, loaded, but he and staff got me into it for a lower payment and interest rate than my previous car. Todd and the staff at The Big Lot/Nereson Suzuki in Moorhead, MN, were fantastic. This was the best no pressure car buying experience I have had in years. Do not even get me started on the extra discounts and maintenence perks they included. You have to check them out to see what buying a car should be like and seldom is.

More car less money awesome dealer Suzuki SX4 AWD

I went to the dealer expecting to have to buy the lowest priced vehicle they had because I am retired and have a limited income. They not only got me into a new Suzuki SX4 AWD that was loaded, but they did it for a lower payment and interest rate than I had for the previous vehicle. Everyone did everything they could to make this the best no pressure buying experience I have had in years. This also included a maintenance package for the first year plus and a premium services card for discounts. You have got to check them out, definitely not your usual car dealership, nice to know there are still good ones around.
