Every time I go to the Big Lot in Moorhead for an oil change or car fix, the employees there provide quick and quality service. I appreciate how the dealership offers a comfortable waiting area with coffee, TV, and magazines while I wait. I keep going because I enjoy the friendly atmosphere the dealership provides. Staff are always willing to stop and chat for a bit!

The sales team at Nereson Big Lot were so helpful and friendly. I appreciated their expertise in helping my daughter feel comfortable buying her first car. In visiting with them, we found many things in common. In fact, as my mother (grandma) was talking to one salesman, she realized she and my father (grandpa) had a past social connection with him, which helped increase our comfort level further! Many of our family members have had very pleasant experiences with the Big Lot, the sales and service are professional and outstanding. My mother (grandma) is still using and enjoying the van my dad bought for her from the Detroit Lakes Nereson lot 10 years ago. Thank you, Big Lot team for giving my daughter the best experience a young first time buyer could ask for, it seems we are continuing a family tradition!
