. This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Todd Rendon made everything so easy for us. He was able to find something that fit our rather sizeable family, fit into our budget, and fit our lifestyle. Though the process for us was a bit lengthy Todd and the rest of the staff made sure we were comfortable and entertained!! They also took a genuine intrest in our lives. When u think about "going the extra mile" this dealership should come to mind. Todd sent me a hand written birthday card, an anniversary card to my husband and I and a framed picture of us with our new vehicle!!!!!!! And to us, that speaks volumes. Also when I brought the vehicle back for an oil change todd saw us in the lobby and remembered who we were. That brings me to the service department, which was outstanding. The staff was pleasant, understanding,quick and thorough. ALL of the staff was professional(yetnot stuffy), friendly(but not fake)and knowlegeable. From sales to finance to service our overall experience was great and we would definitely return.

A Guide Instead of a Salesman
I've been to Nereson Suzuki numerous times for their excellent service department. I found that their sales department is just as helpful and wonderful. The sales representative that I worked with, Todd Rendon, was concerned about what I wanted in a vehicle. He anticipated my needs and was very informative about the features and options with certain models. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a particular choice. This helped me remain focused on buying the best vehicle for me. I am so happy with the new, black Kizashi and all of the extra services and maintenance that come with the purchase. They are dedicated to ensuring that everything with the vehicle is performing correctly. While we processed the paperwork with the head of sales, Todd took the vehicle to top off the fuel and make sure the exterior was bright and shiny. I will continue to go to this dealership for service and future purchases.

Excellent Staff
All of the staff at Nereson, are very professional and friendly. We worked with Brad Rustan, Todd Rendon, Tom Graten, and Kieth Stroh. But all of the guys and guys there were great. They went the extra mile to help us get the best rate possible, even with not so great credit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Fargo/Moorehead area looking for a new or slightly used vehicle.

A little unsure
I have to admit when we 1st stopped we probably weren't going to be making a purchase. What happened to make a purchase happen is pretty unexplainable. Basically I can only say that although they like most dealerships wanted to make a sale and without pressuring me into something we suddenly were shaking hands and making the deal. From salesman Travis, on up they were great to work with and accommodating and for some reason it just was the right place, the right people, and the right vehicle all lining up to make something happen. Travis even ditched his date and free tickets to the Force game, to help close this deal.

We purchased our New Suzuki SX4 and....
We purchased our new Suzuki SX4 from the Big-Lot in Moorhead, from Iver Lenz. His professionalism and easy processes made the purchase fast and simple. Everyone there was pleasant and nice to deal with. Keith Stroh has been an excellent service advisor. He always takes care of our car like it was his own. Very Happy
I was impressed from the quick response to inquiry for a loan. I stopped in and within minutes had a test drive underway for the exact car i was looking for. The salesman Tom Graten was very helpful and did his best to accomodate my requests. the next day i signed the paperwork they fixed an issue right away with the car and the day after that i was driving it home. I will deffinately go back for future purchases.
