Julianna Reckendorf is OUTSTANDING!!!
I recent purchase a 2014 Evoque from Europe Overseas Military Sales. Julianna was there throughout the entire shipping process (4 months). She was a breathe of fresh air after dealing with the Military Sales Rep. She immediately stepped in got us through this. She took care of us and once the Evoque arrived, she took care of all the prep and paperwork. She took extra time with us to ensure we were completely happy with our vehicle. The Rover Customer Experience as it is meant to be....
I have been a customer of Rosenthal for many years, and continue to be impressed with the collective effort of the team to provide a purchasing experience that parallels the quality of the vehicles they sell. My partner in these purchase decisions has been Jerome Cabbagestalk, who with his superior product knowledge and "customer interest first" attitude, has constantly exceeded my expectations. My recent search began several weeks ago, in an environment where the availability of the Range Rover of my interest has been severely limited due to high demand by enthusiasts. Jerome demonstrated great patience and active communication with me to relay over several weeks, the movement and availability of potential vehicles that might appeal to my interests. Through his efforts and guidance about desirable features, Jerome was able to identify and secure the perfect vehicle that checked all the boxes. It turned out to be a "limited run" edition Range Rover, which captured the uniqueness I was seeking and fell within my time requirements. As I have previously experienced, the delivery process was completely seamless, with terrific transitions to complete the financing activities with the very professional Mr. Kassiri; and learn of important accessories from the pleasant Ms. Reckendorf, some of which I acquired to complement the final composition. Jerome's final counsel and orientation around the vehicle delivery was comprehensive and genuine in his satisfaction with my purchase of this special Rover. By way of this review, I commend my highest recommendation for the Rosenthal and Jerome Cabbagestalk in particular, if you are in the market for the products they represent. It is truly the Rover customer experience as it is meant to be.

Superior customer service
I used to think that buying a car was stressful, but not anymore. KZ and Rosenthal made the process easy and stress free. I appreciate the attention to detail and the willingness to do anything necessary to please a customer. This is our 7th plus Jaguar purchase in the last 8 years and Rosenthal Jaguar of Tyson's Corner has consistently been tops in customer service and satisfaction.

THE BEST EXPERIENCE
Granted there are many dealerships in the DMV area, there is none that I would recommend other than Rosenthal! The customer service from start to finish is without questions the best I've ever encountered. They appreciate and value their customers from start to finish. Gavin is an outstanding sales consultant and makes every effort to assist customers. He has a sense of compassion and definitely understands the importance of customer service. It is primarily because of him and Tyler in Finance that I will remain a Rosenthal customer forever. Great Service & Smooth Transaction!!
My wife and I ordered our first Range Rover thru Mr. Jerome in Feb, 2014 for our first daughter, and we finally got our vehicle in in June!!. He provided us very nice service overall, and made our transaction very smooth. Sadly, the deal doesn't offer discount on this specific model, but we did get two LR caps instead ;) The finance specialist, Mr. Kasra Kassiri, was being really helpful, too!! He helped us to get the loan approved, and No hard core sales on the warranty and extended service. He simply just explain the advantage to us, and make us decide what we want. NO PRESSURES AT ALL!! we were very happy by the end!! Highly recommend both of them, if you want a pleasant car shopping experience!! Ryan

Jerome is Wonderful!
This is my third consecutive lease through Rosenthal Landrover/Jaguar and my second time in three years working with Jerome Cabbagestalk on my lease. First, let me say that shopping for a new car is one of my least favorite things to do. The new car smell is great, but I'd prefer if my Dad could still deal with the salesmen for me! That being said, in the last three years my negative attitude towards car salesmen in general has softened greatly, thanks to Jerome. For my most recent lease, I decided to move up from the LR4 (which I've leased twice in a row) to a Range Rover HSE. Jerome knew that I wanted to "graduate" to the Range Rover, knew I was nervous about the increased cost, yet was still respectful and not overly pushy while I made my decision. We placed the order for my new Range Rover, which was to take roughly 6-12 weeks to come in. A few weeks later, a similar car became available at the dealership and Jerome called me right away. Within a week, I was driving away in my new Range Rover. I showed up on a Saturday morning, with my 5 year old daughter with me. The paperwork was all ready for me to sign and the entire pain-free process took less than an hour! It is worth mentioning that Tyler Tart in accounting was so extremely kind and patient as well. He made cut-out stars for my daughter while I signed away! Jerome has repeatedly taken the necessary time to discuss all of my options, test drives, and explained the features and cost breakdowns of the cars without dishing out the typical sales pitch or making me feel pressured. He is a consistently patient, respectful and thorough salesman, yet he appreciates how valuable my time is as a working, single mother of two. Great Experience
I found my Range Rover by browsing through the specials listed on Rosenthal's website. After submitting an inquiry for the vehicle, the online sales rep, Michael Blackburn, contacted me immediately and we scheduled a time for me to come in for a test drive. The next day, I took the vehicle for a test drive and loved the car. Back in the sales office, I was able to get an estimate for my trade-in (which was a very fair price). We worked that into the pricing of the new vehicle. This process was not done in some back room. We worked the numbers together, adjusting the down payment until we got to a monthly price I was comfortable with. Going through this process with the sales rep in a very transparent fashion makes the whole car buying experience so much better. I was not jerked around or left sitting in the sales office waiting to hear back on the next offer. I highly recommend Rosenthal, Mr. Blackburn, and Miss Reckendorf. They are up front about everything and make you feel very comfortable during the entire experience.
