WE live in Chesapeake, VA (200 miles away). WE found the car we had been looking for on line and contacted Andy. What an amazing experience. No stress, hassle free, and simple. Jerome was very helpful, honest, able to answer pretty detailed questions. Tyler was also very helpful in organizing financing quickly. The Used Car Sales Manager was very unpleasant and almost made me walk away from the transaction. He obviously is not used to dealing with luxury car customers.
