TLC like a VIP

One of my least favorite things to do in life is buy a car. I was dreading the day but was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the team at Land Rover. I presume most people they sell their luxury cars to don't have many questions so I especially appreciate it when everyone on the team was very patient with all my questions and spent the extra time to help me understand my options and what I was investing in. I felt like I was treated very fairly and honestly. And they didn't waste my time a bunch of drawn out approvals. They were all available and worked well together as a team. Gavin was my sales guy and I think he's now my new best friend. I felt like I truly had someone helping me make the best decision for me without any silly pressure. He even came back in on his day off to help me with the final paperwork and all my detailed questions.

Craig Faunce was fantastic

We purchased a used car from Rosenthal Jaguar. Craig Faunce was the perfect combination of knowledgable but not sales pushy. Very professional and very responsive. He listen to our concerns, needs and wants...and helped us make an amazing deal. We researched and looked for our car everywhere. We are not paid for this review, we get nothing for saying they did a great job. This dealership really did well, and really worked with us. Highly recommend Craig and this dealership.

Breath of Fresh Air

After a few months of a frustrating search for a quality, well priced, certified pre-owned vehicle, I was grateful to have discovered this Land Rover Dealership. My salesperson was a gentleman named Mike Paluh. He is a consummate professional with a positive attitude, incredible wealth of knowledge and exceptional level of customer service. If you are in the market for a Land Rover Vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Mike when you arrive. Buying a car is often a stressful experience and this dealership does everything in their power to make it an enjoyable endeavor.

Outstanding Service

Our sales consultant, Jerome Cabbagestalk was amazing. He was not the typical car salesman pushing his product on customers, but was genuine in his pursuit to find the car that I wanted and within the price range I was looking for. Jerome made the whole car buying process very pleasant; even the financial portion was quick and without the usual pressure to buy add-ons.

Excellent customer service

Gavin was very professional and helpful. He spent a lot of time making sure we saw many models that fit our price range. He was very honest and helpful and quite honestly I am very happy and pleased with my purchase. I will recommend Gavin in the future to friends and family

Great people, will work to get you what you want

This is a really fine dealership. I bought a new Range Rover Velar from them. Everyone at the dealership is very polite and friendly. My salesperson Gavin Kassiri was warm, very polite and friendly and went out of the way to work out the deal I wanted. JD Duncan assisted in the sales process and Elly did the paperwork, and they were equally good. I am confident I will get the same level of care in the future for the service needs of the car. Great people. I love the car, and the people made it all even better.

Excellent experience purchasing an autobiography

We went to look only and ended up buying. Sales Consultant Gavin Kassiri was outstanding - also were impressed with Finance Director Kasra Kassiri, Master Service Adviser Kevin Dooley and the sales consultant who briefed us on additional features. We did not get her name. Very professional and friendly staff who also expedited the paperwork process. We were in an out in less than three hours. Thank you!
