No drama just efficiency

We were help by Gavin in the purchase of our new care. He did a terrific job of pushing through each part of the process. We were driving out with our new vehicle less than 3 hours after arriving. Great experience.

Awsome experiance with the sales department

I wasn’t really in the market for a new car, but just happened to see a new Range Rover Velar and like the vehicle. My wife and I are from Ohio and had planned a trip to DC from 4 weeks ago. So, I figured to call/ contact a couple of dealers in the DC metro area just to see what my options are. (There is a local dealer about 2 miles from me, but I didn’t give them a shot because of my past experience) I chatted with someone at this dealership late Sunday night and I was told that someone will get back to me on the following day. Claude Coleman (CC) called me on Monday morning and within a day or two we were able to work out a deal on a new vehicle. My wife and I arrived to the dealership on Saturday morning 10-21 at 9 and we were out by 10:30. Car was clean and ready. We were welcomed and everyone was very friendly (Even the ones that we didn’t directly deal with). I dealt with CC (Sale professional), Mo Noorestani (Sale manager) and Tyler Tart at the business office and they were all great. Will drive 420 miles and buy another one from them in future.

Professional and Dedicated

Purchased my certified 20d F-Pace from this dealer yesterday and let me just say that these guys are the real deal. Not pushy, just smooth, steadfast, and ultra professional. The atmosphere in the dealership was also really nice because it was without music and loud distractions which offered a quite and relaxing experience to think about your car purchase. I worked with Reda Habati who offered SUPERB and EXCELLENT customer service. Although it took me 6 months with lots of text messages and phone calls before I purchased my F-Pace, Reda was there every step of the way answering my questions and looking for the best deal. The entire experience was like having a trusted friend by your side to make sure you were happy and completed satisfied with the purchase. The icing on the cake was the fantastic job done on the wash and detail of the car when I purchased it. Wow. Can you say shiny 2017 certified Ammonite Gray, Prestige??! Velvet-like ride with good fuel economy. Super kudos also to Tyler Tart, the Business Manager! If you are thinking about purchasing a Jaguar, visit this team of professional, pleasant, and dedicated salespeople. These guys have taken the car buying experience to a new level. Jerome Cabbagestalk assisted us in finding our new F-Type R. He is knowledgable of the product and not the typical pushy salesman. AMAZING EXPERIENCE

I went in just browsing for my birthday not expecting anything to happen for me but then I met Mr. Gavin Kassiri and I now have a friend for life because he is the only person I will deal with from now on when trading in my trucks moving forward. I'm on my 4th Range Rover and this was by far the best experience yet. Gavin did everything he said he would do. He kept in touch with me and always answered my calls. I think he even had the new truck washed two or three times before we finally finished the deal LOL. He is the kindest, sweetest salesman I have ever worked with. I left COMPLETELY HAPPY and would recommend him to anyone entering this dealership... "ASK FOR GAVIN" you will not be disappointed!
