I worked with Mike Z to try and find a car that would work with my special circumstances. He found one. I bought it and then realized my handicap would not allow it to work. I then worked with him to switch to an edge. That worked great but still bot what I needed. He bent over backwards to make it all work for me the way I needed it and was patient and kind with me from day 1, especially when I probably did not deserve it. Thanks Mike Z. Great sales experience! Moved very quickly compared to other dealerships I have visited but were also responsive to questions and concerns. Enjoyed using the desk topper computer to take care of the paperwork!

Body Shop exceeded my expectations

Took my F150 in to Sheehy for some body work after a recent accident. I was initially impressed with their friendly, attentive personnel. They provided me with a estimate within a few minutes of my arrival. When my insurance adjuster reviewed the estimate, he told me of his high-level of regard for the personnel at Sheehy, and immediately approved the estimate for reimbursement to me. I then brought my truck back to Sheehy and again was given a friendly greeting, and was provided a good explanation of the work that was going to be done. 2 days later, I had my truck back, looking like it was brand new. The body shop personnel at Sheehy exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would recommend them highly.

Excellent service on my Ford Explorer - Chris was efficient, checking me in quickly, and very much heading my need to be finished by a certain time to pick up my child from school. He totally gave the right advice as to what could and could not be accomplished during the window of time I had.

I took my truck to the sheehy Ford truck shop. The worst...

I took my truck to the sheehy Ford truck shop. The worst idea ever. I brought the truck in for head studs, head gaskets, reseal injectors, high pressure oil pump, and few other small things, estimated $7000 and about estimated 26 labor hours. That was 4+ months ago I dropped my truck off. Every time I would call to check on progress they were waiting on some part, they actually put a new radiator in my truck, which was not needed and I was given no reason why I needed a new radiator. Face to face I asked the service manager why they put a new radiator in my truck, he said "I don't know". But it took a week to do and I am paying for a rental car for this whole experience, so far over $4000 and every day I keep paying. I have spoken to two of the service managers about the whole situation and the feeling I get from them is "it is what it is". They want to replace my lift pump. Apparently no where in the United States is a lift pump for my truck. I just can't believe that. But they have been waiting on a lift pump for 3 weeks now. Again, still paying for a rental car. I went to the shop to get some camping stuff out of my truck, I was in and out of the shop for about 20-30 minutes getting some things. They had 6 vehicles in the shop, not one technician in there working. At one point a tech walked in the back door grabbed a drain pan, pulled it over to a van and kept walking to the front. At this point they have done some major engine work to my truck and I really don't trust anything they have said or done and that when I ever do get my truck back that it still will have issues. I will not trust their work and I will never bring my truck back to them or ever trust that dealership. I feel taken advantage of and not respected. I would not trust this dealership to change my light bulb in a timely fashion.

Since Steven won’t answer my email from back on Nov 21st. I’ll post it here. Hello Steve, I understand service departments can get very busy, and when I brought my car in, it was extremely packed. So I was told by one of the service advisors, Erica, that if I took a rental, the charge for NextCar would be waived. But when I arrived to drop off my car, I was told that the NextCar rental charge would only be covered if I used my extended warranty, or if I had a repair for over $250 dollars. Which I was ok with, since I thought I would only need the rental for that day. But my car was held until the next day, and I asked Joe, my service advisor, if the extra day of rental would be waived for me since I had no choice but to leave my car there, since no one could check it out that Monday, and he told me it would be covered. On Tuesday, I was told that the technician needed to keep my car another extra day, because they hadn’t checked my brakes, and they couldn’t replicate the driving condition to inspect the issue I was encountering with my Mustang. So I just said let me get the car, since I needed to take it long distance on Wednesday and NextCar has a limit on mileage per day. So I picked my car up and was told Joe would give me a call Wednesday do let me know about the extra day charge for NextCar. Long story short. I apologize for writing such a long email. But I have been charged for 2 days by NextCar. I never complain, because I bought the car from Ndu in the sales department. I even paid the charge for labor on my oil change, even though I am a VIP club member, even though david told me the charge would be refunded to me. I hope someone can refund the NextCar rental fee for me. That’s all I really care about. Thank you Steven, Wei Chen Get Outlook for iOS
