II found the car I was interested in on the Kuni website and met Jeneva online. We set an appointment for a test drive. When we arrived at the dealership she was there to meet us and offer us cold drinks and snacks. The test drive was very informative and she really knew the features of the car. Jeneva is very knowledgeable about the products and I felt no pressure at all from her. The car buying experience went great and I came home with the car I wanted. I love my new Lexus! Met Jeneva due to an internet query on a used RX350. We live in Grants Pass so there was a lot of detail handled via email (before I spoke with Jeneva) with regard to our trade-in value, and which RX350 to purchase. This email interchange took ~ 7 days before all the issues were resolved. Jeneva was very patient considering the documentation and pictures etc that were interchanged. Thank you Dewey for such a great experience on this purchase. Dewey is knowlegable, professional, and very responsive. He never once pushed me into buying the car like my experience with salemans at other dealerships. I test drove 3 cars but never felt pressure to make a purchase at all. After the test drive, he helped me with making the decision with his very honest advises. After signing the purchase documents, the next day Dewey even drove all the way to Vancouver to take me to the dealer so I can drive the new car home. He made my purchase smooth, easy and no pressure. I was completely satisfied with the purchase and highly recommend Dewey. I would come back here again when shopping for the next car. i arrived early for my appointment, its what i do so right away Hugo introduced himself and asked me if he could help, i explained why i was early, within a few minutes i was introduced to dewey right away he gather info. that i had already submitted via the net to Mrs Bergan Allee she was great help on the phone unfortunately was not available to finalize our transaction, so in flash Dewey took over next thing you know i was out test driving and signing papers to my new transport lol i am very satisfied and surprised at the way lexus handles their business and takes care of their investors thank you Dewey for you're help
