Great experience at Kuni Lexus! Love my GS350 F Sport. Great Service from start to finish. Duy Dang was exceptional and answered all of our questions, guiding us through the process. Brandon was terrific in explaining all of the amazing features on my vehicle.

I must say the experience with Duy Dang was exceptional! I have been to Lexus 3 times now and each time Duy has been extremely patient and answered all my questions until I found the perfect fit for me. When it came time to purchase my car, Duy not only gave excellent attention to my questions and concerns, but also went above and beyond to extend this exceptional service to others on his team to help me walk out with my new car. Wonderful experience

Salesmen Duy and Hugo were great with negotiating things over the phone since we drove up from southern Oregon and Ashley was awesome in the finance Dept!. Cant say enough good things about them. Duy truly made us feel like family! Thank you all

Service and parts are a joke and a rip off

I needed the wiring harness to the fan. When you ask for the part, you get a blank stare wanting us to give them the part number. Since I didn't know the part number (why would I as its their job) They wanted the service department to see if they could figure out the part we needed since the parts department couldn't help. Service was more than happy to help at shop rate an hour for anywhere from 1-10 hours. So you want me to pay $1000 for you to tell me what part I need? Autozone would tell me the part if they had it, but being a new car, this is dealer only. I have never seen such poor service and blatant attempt to rip someone off.

Internet sale made thanks to Jeneva Keller at Kuni Lexus

Someday we'd love the $75,000 Lexus sports luxury car. This time our goal was a used late-model Honda Civic under $16,000 for a daughter living in Portland. One popped up on a web search on a Sunday at Kuni Lexus. Sales Consultant Jeneva Keller responded to our internet inquiry. Our schedule allowed for a Wednesday morning visit. Jeneva followed through on Tuesday afternoon with a call to confirm the Civic was still on site - as these can turn over quickly. She met us first-thing Wednesday, did the test drive, made the deal, etc. Jeneva and everyone else we encountered and observed at Kuni were professionals. We were prefinanced which obviously helps, paperwork required at the dealership went smooth. Noticed the customer waiting area fully-stocked with edibles; seemed like a comfortable place for those waiting on service work. Showroom is classy yet functional. Overall, an excellent dealership experience. Thanks, Jeneva. Someday we'll be back for that sports model...

Highly recommend Duy Dang and Dave Bergren at Kuni Lexus

It took a while for us to decide NX200 as our next vehicle, Duy ( "Dewey") who was our original contact at Kuni Lexus was very patient and prompt to provide all information we inquired. We didn't feel any hard "push" to sell from Duy but rather than to provide consistent assistance/consultancy for all of our inquires last 6 months. When we reached out the decision , even Mr. Duy was not available as he was busy to help another client to close deal, he was willing to recommend his team members including their manager Hugo and another sale person Dave Bergren to help us close the deal. When our first option was no longer available, Dave put extra effort and helped us find alternative option for our NX200. With Duv and Dave's help, we were pleased to get a NX200T at a reasonable price. We highly recommend to contact Duv and Dave if you look for next Lexus.

Duy Dang is the best sale man at Kuni Lexus

Last month, I came in Dealer ship at the closing time with my excited to see Duy to buy a really nice GX460. He has been busy with other customers. We had to come back the next day and this time we got him taking very good care of us from A to Z. He introduced his manager and staff. They all are so nice and work as a team with the respect . My Lexus Experience

Today I purchased my first Lexus (2015 RX 350) and to be honest it couldn't have been a better experience. Long/Short I live in Salem, I have a wife and three little kids, and it was going to be difficult for me to get to Portland and finalize my deal. Evidently a sales manager lived in the area and agreed to pick me up, I kid you not when sales manager Hugo Moguel pick me up this morning at my house in a RC-F, and drove me to Lexus of Portland. When we arrived Todd Ourston my Sales Consultant was literally standing outside waiting for my arrival, he quickly took over and walk me through the finalization of my deal, very respectfully I might add. Everything came together, and I was off to see Debra the finance manager who was very sweet and quickly finalize my deal. Last but not least Brandon a delivery specialist walk me through all the electronics of the car, paired my cell phone with RX 350 and answered every question I had. After that I drove to work, (with a big smile on my face) later that night Hugo return to my house so my wife could sign her part of sales papers. (Thank you Hugo!) I without question had the Lexus experience!
